Of course we love TERVIS; however, we were thoroughly frustrated to find out that the exchange policy has changed. Previously, you could take your cups in and exchange them directly at the store. We own (in various sizes) many many tumblers and there will be an eventual time where we need to trade one in for a replacement, which happened about two years ago. We drove from Naples to Ft. Myers and had no problem swapping out. You can imagine our disappointment when we drove up there this weekend and found out that you now have to mail your damage cups in for a replacement. Not only was it frustrating because we made a special trip, but the lady at the store (Im sure due to policy) was not willing to just exchange the cups. Tervis missed the mark on this one. I dont have a problem paying 24 bucks for a tumbler because I know that I can have it replaced if it fails. I may reconsider now that I have to pay for shipping of my cup and jump through hoops to accommodate the company, rather than the consumer being accommodated by the company. Totally missed the mark on this one Tervis. #bigfanreconsiders

I was very disappointed to hear that tervis tumbler no longer did warranty exchanges at the Fort Myers location. We love tumblers and have been using the products for years. Part of justifying paying such a high price for a plastic cup was the convenient warranty process. After reading multiple negative reviews about the new warranty process, I was very skeptical of getting my tumblers replaced. Last week I went into the store to get 6 tervises warrantied, the associate had me fill out a form stating exactly what cups I wanted to replace the ones that they no longer make. She then advised me that this process may take 4-6 weeks ( thats a long time!). To my surprise, today I received all 6 of my cups in the mail! It only took one week!!! Needless to say, even though they no longer offer the warranty in the store, the process was easy, accurate and fast! I have no complaints and can now confidently rely on the new warranty process!

Love the tervis store. Just bummed that they no longer exchange the defective items at the store and have you mail them in. It use to be so easy and now a bit of a hassle. At the very least, the store should have the forms available for you to fill out and be a drop off location. But when you go to the store and find out they dont exchange, you have to go home to print and fill out the form and then go back to the drop off location or mail it in yourself. Guess that is how they have saved money and cut down on people exchanging defective merchandise.

Wall to wall, floor to ceiling tervis. They carry pretty much anything you can image for their cups although its not a very big store. The nice thing about this store is that in the parking lot there is a tervis return center. This is a dumpster style metal box that you put your cups in when you are sending them to get repaired by tervis. Every night they empty the box and send them off to the company. As far as we know, this is the only return box in South Fort Myers.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I had a cup with a broken seal, was able to turn it in at the store and got a voucher for the value of my cup. I could have used it for credit on anything in the store, but I only needed to get one cup today. I was very happy with their process!

Store manager Wayne was the rudest person I ever met ..... Even went as far as saying out loud ....that he would never pay these prices for these cups. But doesnt mind getting a paycheck out of it (with a smirk).
