This store is busy all the time, this might be a reason why, in my opinion always seems disorganized and not so clean. If youre lucky to find someone to help you on the floor, other than the cashiers, they might not be the friendliest In my own personal opinion. Restrooms are ok buy they do need a renovation or they need clean more often. Gas prices are very often amongst the lowest in the area. Yes, this HEB also has a gas station.

Was in this am with a friend who was having trouble walking and a nice man named Pete came over and helped us. After getting some produce I wanted, he proceeded to go out and get us a wheelchair cart. He then wanted to know if he could help in any other way. Just want to let you know how impressrd we were that he was so compassionate and hopefully he will get the recognition he deserves.

The H-E-B in Alamo, is not a supercenter compared to the one that is a few miles down the express way in Pharr. However it is still sufficient enough for practically anything you may need. The selection may not be as large but the store is kept tidy, and well stocked. The staff is also very kind and courteous. So there is no major flaws at this location.

Very friendly and helpful associates here at Alamo HEB. Have been to other HEB stores but they dont compare. And Alamo HEB Pharmacy staff is the best. So friendly and always so helpful and caring.
