Service was excellent. Despite us traveling early in a.m., along with minimal hours of rest, and, having more than 7 hrs of travel time, our waitress was very patient and helpful in choosing viable options in food selection. Food served hot, utensils clean, and without requesting water the waitress automatically provided us with cold glasses of water and generous amounts of napkins. Promptly the waitress checked with us to make sure our order was cooked correctly or if there were any requests x 4. Waitress foreseen that a few of us needed a doggy bag to take with us. Clutter cleared in a timely manner. As a bonus, per request from one of our travelers the waitress made sure that there were a few extra biscuits, which had just come out of oven,(yummy). If I ever make it to Ohio again I would definitely patronize this family oriented restaurant and if you travel in this direction I would suggest you do so as well.

This place is becoming increasingly worse. When I came a few months ago I was given dried out hash brown casserole, and a large piece of rotted potatoe in the mashed potatoes that I was feeding my baby . I decided to come back with my child a few weeks ago around 3pm and the place was filthy on top of that I waited for about 10 minutes before I just decided to get up and leave because a server never came to my table and no they were not busy . Today I came to place a to go order and after ordering my food and paying I was told that they were out of the meatloaf that came with the meal and that my only option was to pick an additional meat that they chose . Since I am starving and I dont have time to go anywhere else I did. I am not a complainer , but Im just very disappointed in their service lately.

I love Cracker Barrel-my experience is alway a plum pleasing pleasure. My favorite is the one in Brooklyn Ohio, store #508 but my husband and I have eaten all over and its the same great kind of services. But #508 is by far the best. I have seen them handle situations with evil customers with uttermost respect and on several occasions because I am there a lot. I love the way they help one another when one of them are swamped with lots of customers. I take with me a spirited attitude and respect. I love them all they treat me like family. I opt out of wanting a gift or prize what I am saying is how it is every time and has proven to be at every visit. Love Peggy with Nelson--Donna is my girl and all of you at Cracker Barrel are so sweet eating out is made worthy by you guys.

We are a family of 5 : 2 large adults 2 big kids and a toddler. With a high chair we were seated at a tight cramped corner table for 4 with no elbow room and a sticky floor. I was served a dirty glass of water and we were all given dirty silverware. The food was bland and lacked the quality and portion size Ive come to expect from this landmark of country style eating. Amongst all the disturbing lack of quality and cleanliness the most disappointing was in the manager never returning to check on us after having to collect all our filthy silverware. Better off at Bob Evans!

Cracker Barrel is the best! Have never had a bad meal at any of them. We always search for one when we travel, better consistency than bob evans. Its a shame about what happened last week, but an even bigger shame that a reviewer thinks the store can control crazy people from doing bad things.I am not sure where he is use to eating, Ive never been to a restaurant that had guards or metal detectors. These things happen when we are foolish enuff to allow any old slob to carry a weapon like its the wild wild west. CANT WAIT TO GET PANCAKES AGAIN FROM C.B.!

We go here often and the staff is friendly (rather its a server, cashier or hostess) and food is great. We do have an occasional incident where our food may take a little longer, but they are always busy so its understandable. The shop is cute and you can find some unique stuff there. We have gone here since I can remember and will continue. Its a great family restaurant with good prices for BIG meals. It is a little chilly but I like it

My wife and Is favorite place for breakfast food (and their chicken and dumplings!). The price is reasonable for the food portions and the service is always quick and friendly. My only complaint, hence not 5 stars, is that more often than not we need to send back for cleaner silverware. Otherwise, fans for life.

Not a long wait to be seated but waiting for our food was a half n hour we had counted to 200 twice and our food still wasnt ready we the waitress came by she said count to 200 again and after the long wait it was kind of worth but the food didnt fill be up so i say DONT EAT THERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO WAIT

Food was good. However slow service and we were one of four tables... the Hostess named Saluta was very rude to us and others. We wanted to sit by the window and she had an attitude when we didnt want to sit at a table right on top of another table in the middle, she did this to others that came in after us.

Food-Great, Atmosphere-Great, Wait Time-Fantastic, Store-Awesome, Waitress- Mediocre. She didnt offer to refill or replace the table lantern and there was plenty empty tables with working lanterns and she had plenty of available time as well to do so but did not. So 4 Stars!

Our server Megan was sweet and attentive. The pancakes were perfection! The food runner was AWFUL though. She threw down our food, didnt bring syrup, and didnt ask us if we needed anything else. Also she wiped her nose and wiped it on her clothes. It was gross.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning - my waitress, Julia C, was very nice and pleasant even while she was bustin her butt. The food was outstanding - a lot for the modest price! You just cannot go wrong with Cracker Barrel!!!

I usually get a very good meal from this Cracker Barrel, but it was a little off this time. The iced tea was watered down and tasted weak, and the macaroni and cheese was a little dried out. The service was good.

Great food in a nice atmosphere. The service was very good and there is a fun store to look around before or after your meal. Just be aware: the restaurant can be a little noisy ( people talking ) when busy.

I love the food here. Huge portions and a great price. Also, love their gift shop. They have everything in that shop. Especially, so vintage toys and candy. Highly recommend this place for the whole family.

Great attitudes from staff. Food is always fresh. The only down side is that theres a wait sometimes for a table but thats normal for cracker barrel anywhere you can call in advance to reserve a table

Used to meet up with family couple times a month there. The food is just not as good as it used to be. About every other time I am there, I get a bad meal, or one with a hair in it. Not going anymore.
