After walking in, I was immediately greeted by Carlos. We discussed the issue I was having with a tire (nail in it), and he walked outside with me to inspect the vehicle and discuss any other possible issues I was having. We came back in and he told me a list of tire options (if a replacement was needed) and seemed very knowledgeable about the different brands, treads, etc. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and always had a smile. He estimated the wait time and offered me a water. Water/coffee is complementary. I took my seat and began my wait. Carlos and I had some side conversations about cars and tuning while it was slow in the office. Simply put, hes a great guy. Soon I was greeted by Tony (the tech working on the tire), he walked me into the garage area to discuss the nail and everything. He was also polite, friendly, and always had a smile. Did I mention they both greet you by introducing themselves first, asking your name, while also giving a firm handshake? Anyways, Tony was able to remove the nail, patch the tire, even did a balance and filled air pressure in other tires. All costing me $0... A service experience better than any restaurant Ive ever been in the Franklin area and it was free... Now thats not to knock Franklin, the majority of restaurants there have excellent staff, but my experience at the Discount Tire on Nolensville Pike was just that good. If you come to this location, be sure to ask for Carlos. He will take great care of you. Even though Im moving further out of the area soon, I still plan to drive to this location if I ever have any more issues with tires.

I was having some vibration issues with a recently purchased used vehicle and came for a wheel balance, hoping to resolve the issue. The gentleman who helped me inspected my vehicle to make sure I needed the balance in the first place. Since he didnt see any indication of a need to balance, he said he would balance my tires for free since he wasnt sure if balancing would resolve my issue. They quickly took my vehicle into the garage and reported to me what they had found- an unbalanced tire and a tire with a heavy spot. They resolved the issue as best as they could and put those tires in the back of the vehicle. Then, a third gentleman pulled my vehicle around and handed me the keys directly, without charging me a single dime. I now know what is wrong with my tires, I have no steering wheel vibration, and all was done in a timely and customer-focused way. It seems like the people who work there really like the work they do. I wont be buying tires anywhere else. I honestly havent experienced such incredible customer service in my life. Highly recommended!!

I will never go anywhere else for tires again. After a streak of bad luck (3 flat tires with nails within about a month) I had tried a used tire place twice, and Pep Boys once. The used tire place was slow... and I sat and watched as he worked on other cars that came in after me, before mine was finished. Pep Boys sold me a "new" tire, and when I got a nail in it a few days later and went to Discount Tire, they asked me where I got this model tire, and showed me that it was actually a discontinued model that had been manufactured over 10 years ago. I ended up buying 4 new tires at Discount Tire and they all came with a road hazard warranty, which actually covered me hitting a massive pot hole and blowing one out. They replaced it for only about 20$ to get the same warranty on the new tire, and rotated them for free!! The people there were extremely helpful, nice and fast. A totally different experience than I am used to (not just at car places). A++

Blown away by the amazing customer service I received at this store! I went to get a tire patched and they inspected the tires and the very nice employee initially said they are in good condition. He was very friendly and told me it would take around two hours to fix it. Two hours later, when a different employee looked closer, he realized they were actually in really bad condition and recommended I replace the two front tires. I told them we were not ready to replace them even though they were quite insistent that their initial assessment was inaccurate. They came back and told me that they were going to give me the two tires for free for not catching the problem on the front end! I ended up leaving with two new tires and a patched tire at no charge! They wont try to scheme you out of buying new tires when you dont need them- they genuinely care about keeping their customers safe.

I had my car towed all the way from White Bridge Rd. to this location because I was impressed with the way they took care of me in the past. Both tires on my drivers side needed to be replaced due to an unexpected pothole. Couldnt get my tires replaced the 1st day due to my claims department closing at 5pm so I came back the next day to replace the tires. The tire and wheel guarantee I purchased at Audi was a complete pain in the rear and they needed to talk to a technician before the work was done. Rick, the manager, made sure that the claims department took care of me versus not covering the cost of the tires. They go above and beyond the call of duty and the entire team excel at what they do and provide a 5 star experience. I will be going back to this location in the near future for all things related to tires. A++ gold standard service!

The customer service this place provides is through the roof! I dread dealing with anything to do with my car. I try to leave that up to my boyfriend. I woke up to a flat tire and he had to rush to work so he pumped it enough for me to make it to Discount Tire. This was my first time going and I am so happy I did! I was greeted outside, quickly told them my issue, and my car was quickly moved to be serviced. It took ten minutes for them to check both of my rear tires and was able to confirm that I ran over a screw. I am ALL about customer service and they exceeded my expectations! I will recommend this particular location to everyone I know that has tire issues in the future. Thanks Discount Tire for fixing my issue and providing such a friendly, caring environment!

First of all, I drove all the way from Clarksville and I went to the discount tires off of Brentwood and they only had 3 of my tires so I had to drive ALL the way across town to Wilson Pike. Where they put low profile tires on because they were "discounted" (hints the name of the company) didnt bother to clean the tires off and put neon green caps on my tires, and took my silver caps. I went back to them for them to give me back my caps and clean the tires. The man had an attitude and RELUCTANTLY cleaned the tires and changed my caps. They told me the green caps were for nitrogen and that the tires would stay inflated better. Now 1 week later my tires wont hold air! This will be the THIRD time in ONE week that I will have to drive from Clarksville to Nashville!!
