Weve been here multiple times over the years. The last trip here was to fix a tire balance issue. The rep met me with a handshake and friendly greeting. They not only balanced the trouble tire, they also checked the remaining to ensure they were good. We were in and out in under 45 mins. The technician also greeted me with a handshake and friendly greeting. He took the time to explain what he did. I could tell that a focus on customer service service was driven within their culture. My wife picked up a nail in a tire while I was out of town. She took it here to get it serviced under the included road hazard protection. They had it patched and out the door quickly as well. It was low stress and a no pressure atmosphere.

These guys are great. I had been at other tire stores looking for new tires and rims for a utility trailer. Nobody really wanted to help until Discount Tire. They got the needed things later that morning. Ive purchased 16 tires since then, all rotated every 6k miles, and great service every time. As for the guy who wanted to use an 11 year-old tire, stay away from me and my family. Tires 5 years old or older, regardless of tread depth, should be looking for replacements. In this letigious world, I cant believe you dont understand their position. If I have a patients who is in the hospital and wants to leave against our advice, they must sign a release. Oh yeah...MOODYS was one of those places that wasnt interested in me.

After calling ahead of time to see if they had my tires on stock they said they did. I live 1 hour away so its a pretty good drive. I get there they dont have the tires theres a mix up in inventory .so Im not a happy camper and I explained that I dont live in Franklin and I drove nearly an hour to get here. The manager was very apologetic and said he did not want me to leave unhappy told me to come back the next day he would have my tires put both of them on my car and just charge me for the one now thats customer service thanks will come back

I was passing thru the area and decided last minute to find the nearest location and Google maps took me straight there. They have friendly staff and VERY fast service. They did comp online pricing for me. I was in and out in about 15 - 20 minutes. With manufacture discount of $60 and online comp I got a new set of Bridgestone tires for $410 for my Toyota Camry. Plus free tire service for the life of the tire. Their service can not be beat! I love all discount tires. Thanks for getting me set for our family vacation

I brought my car in for a basic tire check because of a slow leak. They said I would need to wait 2 hours before they could get to it? The gentlemen helping me snickered a little because I brought my car in two other times for a slow leak. I didnt tell him but I wanted to but I referred my girlfriends Dads car and he spent over a 1000 with them. A little disapointed for a basic tire check is all..

They took great care of my needs and where sure that my issues were addressed before leaving today! They are curtious, kind and caring! Ive been using Discount Tire since they came to Town and every location has been helpful. I been to other stores and I really didnt have any complaints with those stores either but I have yet to find anyone to match Discount Tire price, how quick I get in and out and whats the best is they are fast in rotating and balancing my tires when I come back in to keep them rolling smooth.

Excellent and friendly customer service! Out of town on business and got a flat. They took the time to be sure my tires were in good shape after finding two separate issues in two separate tires. They did not charge me anything to fix my flat or the other Tire! Had to wait quite a while but understandable since they are so good! Would highly recommend!

With every visit the customer service is amazing - and from every single staff member. I dont know what kind of training they go through but keep it up as its always an extremely pleasant, professional, customer focused experience. And of course the servicing of your vehicle is so quick you barely have a chance to settle in. All around great!

Joe greeted me in the parking lot as I arrived and looked at my tires. We discussed what I needed and he delivered with a great price. When he didnt have that tire he gave me an upgrade without any extra cost (would have been more than $50!). Great customer service!

Took almost 2 months to get a tire and Joe tried to tell me my tire was discontinued when it wasnt. They said they fixed my bent rim but it is still bent so I have to take my car to the dealership to buy a new one after paying discount tire to fix it.
