Dont waste your time calling. Service desk will transfer you to the department you need and its a lost cause after that. The department managers dont seem to have any disciplline to telephine responsibility. STORE MANAGER: You could try to address this, but I doubt it will make any difference in Fairview. Fairview Tennesseeans fit one of two categories. Not good enough to answer the phone, or too good to answer the phone. Its a shame but that is our demographic. What if their job was in jeopardy? Doubtful it would matter. Calling ahead to inquire about an item in electronics is, was, and will always be a stupid idea. If you get someone on the phone, you probably know more about the item youre asking for than they do.

I have been to MANY Walmarts and I have never been very impressed with ANY of them. They are large stores so I never believed that they could be kept up and run as well as The Fairview Walmart runs. Every employee I have come in contact with has been very nice and super helpful! I live in an area where I could drive to the Dickson Walmart or Fairview Walmart both are roughly the same distance....I go to the Fairview Walmart exclusively. It is ALWAYS SUPER CLEAN...something Ive NEVER seen in any other walmart I have been in. Their stock always seems to be well taken care of. The bathrooms have been clean every time Ive used them... No complaints at all! Great Job Walmart!

Just another Walmart in a long line of Walmarts across the country right? WRONG! This is the Fairview Walmart, home of the Fairview Yellowjackets football team! Thats right, you can buy all your team-supporting apparel, tailgate party food, patriotic gear, and even those awful Figit Spinners™. Tires for your car? Done while you wait! Shotguns and rifles? On site background check and done! Pew pew pew to Dew Dew Dew, guns and soda baby. Well, I guess every Walmart has that stuff except for the Yellowjackets gear, but the Fairview Walmart still stands out amongst a by legion of blue box superstores. Put in a picture order on the 29th for one hour photo. Went in today the 31st, to pick it up and they have been out of ink at least since the 29th because my order wasnt ready. I ordered several days in advance so they would be ready. I understand supply issues but the only email I got just said they would be ready around 230 on the 29th. No one let me know they order wouldnt be ready so I could make other plans. The pictures are a gift and I need them by tomorrow. They said they should get the ink tomorrow. Depending in what time they get it, it may be to late for me.

Had an amazing time yesterday in the trie and lube department the associates were great. They were very polite and courteous. Helpful when we called to check to see the size of tires we needed the night before. And then again Thursday when we called back for them to hold the tires until we could get ther r in 20 minutes. What amazing Service We Got When We Got There.

An hour here, two of the three bays in the tire shop unoccupied, my car sits outside waiting to be re-torqued after I bought four new tires yesterday. Their techs were putting up sale signs in the store! Also, I was overcharged two dollars for a wiper blade, had to get refunded at customer service. Theyre good there, at least.

Very slow in the tire and lube express. Took over 3 hours to get an oil change. And a rotate and balance. They couldnt figure out how to get my "lifted" truck on the rack. Mind you. It is only leveled 2". Then they couldnt figure out how they were going to balance my "really big 20" wheels" balanced. They are 18" with 34" tires.

Just dont use service center. I went in to buy a tire told them right front they put on the left. It had taken them an hour to get it right plus they fussed about it. No use in asking for a management they are to scared to come out of their office. I have never seen more horrible service in my life.

Its a great Walmart its clean its never really crowded the only problem with it is it never has enough lanes open they were a little busy today and they only have two lanes open they need to do it like three or more in a line they need to open another register

I HATE having to go to Walmart but walking in to the Fairview Walmart was like walking in to the Twilight Zone. It was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was so helpful! Worth the drive from Bellevue to avoid the Charlotte Pike store if you need a Walmart run

I really enjoy shopping at Walmart in fairview. I live closer to the Walmart in Dickson but always try to drive the extra distance to go to fairview the checkout clerk is always very friendly and the store its self is never crowded

Automotive Department is horrible. I can never get my vehicle serviced there or serviced properly. On tire rotation they broke valve stems. Destroyed engine by putting in wrong oil. (20weight). Stay away.

This definitely seems to be a newer location and was not as crowded as others Ive seen. It was definitely worth a little extra drive coming out from Bellevue compared to the location in Nashville West.

Easy to get on and out, isles are not real close together, prices are fair. Hate that it is extremely cold on store side, if dont remember to bring a jacket, you rush to get done

Its clean, and usually the lines arent very long. The employees are nice. It is a smaller walmart, but they carry a good selection of items. The parking lot is tidy too.

The "Publix" of Walmart. Very friendly staff that was you to the product you are looking for. This is not a very big Walmart but well stocked. Really a model store.

Went to get 4 new tires and oil change and it took forever. Dont recommend getting anything done with your car unless you have a minimum of 3 hours
