Best customer service in town! My husband and I just pulled out of their garage less than 5-minutes ago and their service was so outstanding that we felt it absolutely necessary to write this review. First of all, you need to know that we had all four tires replaced on our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee today around 5pm. About 1.5 hours later, we found our front left tire completely flat.... Not good! This was our first experience with Discount Tire and my immediate thought was, "you get what you pay for." Well, we called the local number around 6:45pm... Website says they close at 6pm, but someone answered the phone! Praise the Lord! So, we told them that the tire was flat. The man on the phone said they would wait at the garage for us to come on and he would fix it right away! We were so thankful that they would stay even later on the evening before Christmas evening. So, we took it in and they labored for about an hour. They pulled off the tires to test them for a hole, changed the valves, and then tested the tire while on the rim and found that our rim was cracked! So the flat tire was actually a result of our rims... Not the quality of the tires we purchased or the service received by Discount Tire. We put on the full spare... Only to find that it also had a cracked rim. So, they made a temporary fix on our rim so that we could safely make our 6.5 hour drive to "home" for Christmas. It is now 8pm and the employees at Discount Tire are just now heading home to their families... All because of great customer service! We highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire service needs! Great prices, great products, and great customer service!

Discount tire ALWAYS provided me with the best customer service, no matter what location or situation. I have been going to Discount Tires for 6 years now and I dont have a single complaint. Their staff is always helpful and positive, and never try to oversell me on something I dont need. They give me the options that will fit my needs, and provide great advice as to what benefits I can expect form each option. I recently bought a new set of tires from this Spring Hill location and was able to take advantage of a few rebates they were offering at the time. I ended up with a great deal, but more importantly a great experience. In a time now where we all just expect sub-par service from most places, its great to know there are still businesses like this one operating with the customers satisfaction as their focus.

I will never buy any tire from Discount Tire ever again. You do not get discounts from discount tire. Their prices are the same price or higher than their competitors. But thats not what bothers me I have purchased two sets of tires for two different cars. During that time I have had my tires balanced and rotated. And every visit it is the same the rims are greasy and not cleaned off. And They have also scuffed the rims on both cars ever time. The biggest but the smallest issue I have is that they never put the air pressure caps back on the tire stem. And This goes for the location in Brentwood as well.

very friendly and helpful. goof prices. I definitely suggest to research your tires ahead of time however and know what you want before going. Crew is less helpful choosing a tire as they seem hurried and point you towards discount tire best recommend tires. Which leads to another issue. discount tire best recommended tires reviews do not match any other source. I do not trust the ratings at all discount tire web. Its like they have more profit in certain tires and those are "best". . However, this is a great place to go. Staff is excellent. Plan on waiting FOREVER or drop your car off.

ive been to other locations in the past, and theyve won me over with great customer service & actual physical service as well. anyway, this store is no different. its a very clean & hard working store. they had me in and out in like 10-15min. i know they have to hate people watching them through the glass (i would), but they seem to have blocked it out. they looked like they did a very thorough job. putting lug nuts back on with impact wrench.. checking it with torque wrench again once off the lift...quick tire shine etc. very pleased. i will be back to buy tires from them soon.

I made a drop-in recently about 10 minutes before the store closed, and I told the gentleman who came out to meet me, "I know yall are closing real quick; I just wanted to drop off tonight so you might be able to install a full set at some point tomorrow." He told me that if I didnt mind waiting a bit, they were going to be staying late to clean up anyway and that they had no problem doing an after-hours install, lickety-split. This is the third full set of tires Ive had done here, and many rotations/balances. Exceptional customer service and results every time.

Excellent customer service...had a leak in a tire (from a nail) that was original equipment on my car...I called at 6:05 pm (they close at 6:00) the phone was answered and I explained that I needed a tire plugged/patched and was told to bring it in that they would wait the 15 minutes it would take me to get there....when I got there they actually appeared to show a real concern for fixing my tire...in 15 minutes they had me back on the road FREE! Thank you for a great job and going the extra mile. Nobody offers better service and value in the tire industry.

Great prices for tires, but thats where the service ends. They tell you they take appointments, but they dont. When they tell you its a 1 hour wait it will take 2. If they tell you 2 hours it will take 3. They tell you they open at 8, but people get their vehicles serviced at 7:30. If you buys tires from this Spring Hill location, you will spend the next 4 years regretting it. I did. The worst part is that their sales people dont even care that they will waste your whole morning or afternoon to get a tire rotation.

Be very very careful. They try to use scare tactics to sell tires. My tires are less than a year old, little do they know I race my other car as a hobby and know my tires very very very well. They took a "safety walk around" on my vehicle and then asked me if my car was sliding around and that my tires are "really bad" needless to say my tires are fine but due to rain they decided to try and scare me into a buy.... dont trust anyone as I feel they are good people but have had corporate training to up sale you.

I havent been to Discount Tire for about 2 years because they are always too busy. I tried to go today for a tire rotation, but there were so many people waiting, I knew I would have to wait for hours. Ive been happy with their service in the past, but they need to either open another branch, or expand their current location and hire more people. I agree with another review that said when the competition opens down the street (Tire Discounters), Discount Tire may have to change how they do business.
