First the good: customer service here was outstanding! The tires I wanted were not in stock at the store and had to be special ordered. It turned out the manufacturer had a back order, so they tracked down a set at another Discount Tire store in TX and had them shipped in. The entire process only took a few days and they communicated regularly throughout to keep me up to date. When I came in to have the tires mounted the service was quick and everyone at the store was extremely friendly and professional. Now the bad: when I got into the car after having the tires mounted, there were several warning lights on that were not on when I brought the car in. The techs at the store didn’t know what was causing this or how to fix it, so I had to take the car into the shop. It turned out that the car was not lifted properly and a wiring harness had been pinched against the frame, severing a few of the wires going to wheel sensors. The store was very apologetic and agreed to pay the mechanic’s fees without any argument (again, really top notch customer service), but it resulted in a lot of unnecessary hassle and a day without my car. Overall I still had a positive experience, but theres room for improvement.

I Use Discount Tire for the great service,great prices and the great service after the sale.Several years ago I met Kevin Hamilton Manger for discount tire and Kevin has shown me some folks still believe in old fashioned service and what its like to receive great service months after the sale.I own a service company in Murfreesboro TN ,I originally met Kevin at The Murfreesboro store over time Kevin has transferred to meet the demand at other stores ,I buy all of my tires from Kevin Hamilton for my company vehicles ,my personal vehicles and my childrens vehicles.Mr Hamilton makes tire purchasing easy for me he knows the brand of tires I prefer on each vehicle and the tire pressure I prefer for each vehicle to achieve maximum tire life.Kevin is always just a phone call away.If you own a fleet of vehicles I highly recommend you chose Kevin Hamilton and Discount Tire for all your tire needs.

I went to Discount Tire because of how friendly and confident they were on the phone. When I got there I was charged for a more expensive tire because they one they quoted me on the phone was not in stock. It wouldve been nice to know that before I got in there. Then, they tried to sell me 4 tires when I only wanted 2. They were going to check one of the tires on the back for a leak (one that wasnt going to be replaced) . I got a call saying that they ruined the tire that I wasnt going to replace and that they couldnt put it back on. So I had to buy a 3rd tire! No discount, and no apology for messing it up! While on the phone they said it would be 35 min and Id be out of there. When I get there its suddenly 1 hr 45 min. So I hadnt planned a ride based on the 35 min time quoted. Dont believe the price quoted on the phone. They will find ways to bait and switch you

I went in for one hour yesterday after I called for a price quote and ended up with a new tire. I was going to go with one used tire somewhere else for my flat, but Chad and Kevin were so amazing I payed for a new tire instead. Chad greeted me with a firm handshake before I even got to the door to see what I needed. The professionalism and kindness shown was better than I could have expected. I have been to a Discount Tire store before which is why I ended up going back because of the service. Chad even asked me if he could take a phone call while he was taking care of me at the counter. Few places have good manners like that anymore, especially a tire shop. The waiting area is comfortable with a Keurig machine for a nice touch. I am going back next week to change out my three tires, because their added warranty is hard to beat. Great job guys!!!

I used their website to enter the model of my vehicle. I then researched the tires they offer, and chose the ones I wanted. I then scheduled an appointment for service. Being a product manager for a web-based software product, I was very pleased with their entire online process (and Im hard to please). I then showed up at my appointment time, they pulled up my online order, and immediately took my vehicle into their garage and started work. They were done in about a half hour, and I was out of there. This was the easiest and most pleasurable experience Ive ever had getting new tires. Bravo on a great web order process, and for the excellent customer service I received!

The guys at the cool springs location are super nice and very friendly! They have treated my family very well. At one point,my husband went up there to have the guys check our tires,they informed us that 3 of the four were in no condition for us to continue driving on. Not having the funds to pay for all 3 new tires,the manager explained to my husband he was concerned for our familys safety,as he saw my daughters carseat in the backseat. He (the manager) was kind enough to go ahead and change the 3rd tire at no cost to us. Needless to say, my family and I love this location and we try to send everyone we know up there to those awesome guys.

I will never buy any tire from Discount Tire ever again. You do not get discounts from discount tire. Their prices are the same price or higher than their competitors. But thats not what bothers me I have purchased two sets of tires for two different cars. During that time I have had my tires balanced and rotated. And every visit it is the same the rims are greasy and not cleaned off. And They have also scuffed the rims on both cars ever time. The biggest but the smallest issue I have is that they never put the air pressure caps back on the tire stem. And this goes for the location in Springhill as well.

Told me 1.5 hours and waited for 3 just to get in. Asked about it and they told me that they got a bunch of appointments come in... Shouldnt I be told before appointments ahead of me and then I could have spent my time better? Its like every one that was around me had already left and my car was still not in. The moral of the story is to always schedule appointments as the only way to get the job done in reasonable time. They do work hard and fast but are maybe short handed and need to be clear about wait times.

Amazing Staff! I have never been treated so well by a business in my life. The guys at Discount Tire treated me like an actual person not just another number. They were extremely busy the entire time I was there and still remained, friendly, welcoming and all smiles. They went above and beyond to accommodate my specific situation. They truly care about their customers safety and well being out on the road. Huge THANK YOU to all of the staff. They have definitely gained my loyalty as a customer.
