Service here has continually improved over my initial experiences. Parts lookup and ordering has been the whole of that experience, but I have spent a little time on the floor talking with sales staff. I still think their markup is huge and wouldnt consider paying retail here to save my life. Come in wearing your negotiating pants. For parts, be sure to visit their website and order your parts there. Prices are usually 10 - 15% cheaper. I dont fully understand why this is, you will still be in direct contact with the sales staff at some point. The process is not completely automated and therefore does not save them any measureable man hours. Ive also had the opportunity to talk with a couple guys in the shop and they seemed to be competent. I can recommend Richards and encourage people to shop locally whenever there is a competitive business that offers personalized customer service.

For some computer-related reason, this review is under my sons name and I cant change it. Customer experiences vary a lot, based on the reviews Ive read, and I think a lot of that depends on the customer as well as the retailer. My experiences with Richards Honda are very positive. I have seen substantial price breaks, even on new and popular models. One day I showed up unannounced, just before closing time, with a missing circle clip on my foot brake pedal. The service manager and parts man both looked through their stuff to come up with a clip and washer and installed them right then and there to get me safely back on the road. They charged me $3 for the clip and washer. You simply cant beat that. Maybe sometimes things dont go this well, but it shows that they care about their customers and riders in general. Remember the magic words (please and thank you).

I Orderparts here a couple a of times and paid for them over the phone. It took me 40 minutes just to get the parts of the store. Customer service sucks!!! I was standing next to a man ib line that drove 2 hours just to go to this honda shop. He told me its always like this! its the only 1 in town!! they can do whatever they want. My time there wouldnt been so bad if I wasnt looking at 3 or 4 employees sitting there doing anything while we all stand there.. p.s. dont ask the girl at the cash window to help you. She is there to take money and lunch breaks only.

Ive known these folks since I was a kid. Their customers are King. If you are loyal to them, you wont find a better friend. People come from Searcy, Hot Springs, Russelville, just for their service dept. When their local dealer cant fix it, Richards Can. Ive seen it myself many times. Price is important, but the service will keep you coming back. By they way, theyre on their 4th generation working in the business. That should tell you something..

Dealt with Sam in parts. Very very helpful on carburetor questions on my trx450r. took the time to help diagnose my problem and even how to go about doing it! He was of great help and is now my go to guy! And overall very friendly staff!
