Recently bought a new Rancher 4x4 ATV from Jeremy. Ive purchased 2 new ATVs from another dealership and Jeremy is the reason why I chose to go with Honda of North Little as opposed to returning the previous dealer. His quick knowledge on every product is refreshing especially the small things you wouldnt think someone would know without looking it up, but still would like to know, he would fire off the answer. The entire purchase experience was quick and easy with zero hidden charges or underlying fine print, which shows the integrity of this dealership. Sure you can try and nickel and dime and maybe even get a better price somewhere else, but I can assure you the added stress and hassle probably wont be worth the $100 maybe you save. The model I wanted North Little Rock store didnt have in stock, but they went and got it that day. Plain and simple folks. If you dont want to feel like a number and just another sale. Ask for Jeremy at Honda/Yamaha in North Little Rock and hell take care of you. Also, the service technician that went over the quad with me was very knowledgable and nice. He even knew pretty much verbatim what the warning decal says about shifting into 4 wheel drive. Impressive! It may cost you a few extra dollars to bring it in for something simple like the oil service as opposed to doing it yourself. But, to have the quick turn around and overall customer care they provide will make it worth your time and money.

I called them to inquire about getting my bike looked at for a repair. I asked if they would have time to take a look at the bike to see if it was a small problem today (called this morning) and I receive a sharp, rude, and I quote "No way we can look at it today. Not even by the middle of next week." Wow, problem solved, I wont be doing business with you. In a time when the motorcycle business is hurting, youd think theyd be striving to get business. I guarantee you they arent so swamped as to turn customers away, even if they are - they can be courteous and tactful about it. Literally, the man I spoke to on the phone (Owner,Operator,Manager?) was almost disgusted that I even asked. Unbelievable.

Extremely dissatisfied. My father-in-law dropped my motorcycle off this past Tuesday afternoon for a flat tire. They did not tell him they was behind or anything. I called on Thursday and asked guy was kinda rude and said they are behind and theyll call when its done. Today is Saturday 4 days for a tire come on. We pay payments on it and would like it back in a timely manner I understand if its a bigger part but we are talking about a tire. Als cycle shop will be getting all my business from here on out

If you need parts for an older Honda I strongly urge you to give them a call. Staff is cool, know their parts, and go out of their way to be helpful. 5 stars for parts dept. The service guys are busy and not too talkative. Dont expect to shoot the breeze with them, but they know what theyre doing. I dont let anyone touch my bike, but I have let Tommy do a few things for me. Says a lot considering I almost never let people work on my bike for me.
