This particular Cycle Gear changed my mind about the Cycle Gear brand, having had sub par experiences at my local store. I recently took a cross country road trip, mostly prepared but there are things that we all over look. A little less than half way through my journey I realized that it would be impossible to venture on without any heated gear. I gave the Cycle Gear guys a call and luckily they didnt ship out their heated gear inventory. That was the easy part, not being from this area was the hard part. I had 1 1/2 hours to get to this location that was 2 hours away. Somehow I made it, although I got to the door when they were closed, they were closed for 15 minutes. I guess the employee felt bad for me because he came out and looked at the bike. I pleaded if he could sell me some heated gear. Fortunetly he liked the bike or was just a really nice person seeing that I was violently shivering and took me in. I got all the gear that I thought I needed and both of the gentlemen that were working that night helped me as much as they could. Even going as far as almost staying with me for an hour helping me install the wires that I needed to get my gear going. Thank you guys again, I would have never completed my east coast to west coast trip if it wasnt for you guys! Id recommend this place to anyone!

When i got to the store its 15 minutes until close, Tom, said how ya doing? I replied "great", sorry i arrived late but i was in the market for the Pole Position gun metal boots. Tom said no problem, whats yours size? ..well to make a long story short, the service was excellent, they had a wide selection of eveything. I really appreciate that they took the time provide great service at such a short time before close, i highly suggest that if your in town and need gear, go shop with Tom at cycle gear, the service alone is enough stand on.....Thank you Cycle Gear!!!!

I purchased my first bike (used) in May of 2017. Ive since been in here to get my helmet, gloves and a bar end mirror. They didnt have the colorway of the helmet I wanted, but one of the employees called around to other stores - maybe even to the distributor, Im not sure - and found one in my color and size; it was delivered within a week. The time I got my bar end mirror, one of them came outside and verbally helped me install it step by step (they cant touch your bike). I certainly see myself coming back here in the future.

Came in for a phone mount and bar risers. Normally I would buy these items online, but Im leaving on a spontaneous 3 day camping trip and I didnt have time to wait for shipping. Had my items in stock. Ended up hanging out for an hour talking. Great store. Glad we have such a local resource.

Great staff and location. I love the smell of motorcycle tires when you first walk in! They also regularly run sales on helpful items such as chain breakers. If you are a rider, you cannot go wrong with this place.

I walked in with $800 because when I talked to Cliff on the phone he assurred me they had plenty of 4/5xl jackets for a big guy who is 66" tall. Wel I drove all the way from Russellville for nothing...
