We were hauling a Street Glide I just bought from a individual in a uhaul due to a snow storm, but the uhaul didnt have ramp. Stopped by their shop and asked if they could help us get it out, so we could ride the rest of the way home and turn in the truck. They said no problem unloaded the bike, asked if I knew if the two recalls on the bike had been completed and then checked their computers and found out that the bike was up to date. They did all of this knowing that the bike didnt come from their shop and also knowing that I wasnt from their area. If this shop was in my state, it would be my dealer.

Only stopped in for poker chips but the staff was friendly. My husband had recently suffered a severe left hand injury, Bob B stopped to take our picture (we suffer with selfies), after asking where we were headed & the usually chit chat he asked what happened to the hand. He ended up telling us about parts that might help us get back to riding, gave us his card & said if we needed just give him a call & he would help locate them (we are from Indiana). We will do our best to visit again.

My husband and I went to Toad Suck while on vacation. I picked up a shirt for my daughter while we were there. I bought the wrong size and unfortunately didnt realize it until we got back to Fort Worth. I called the store and they told me that I could return it by mail and they would return the correct size. They were very nice about it. They returned it immediately. This is a great dealership!

I thought they were a little more expensive than most dealerships. I got the impression that they thought their name was worth the extra price. The selection of clothing and novelty items was lacking compared to the others.

Kind of hard to get to off the highway but the folks inside were great inside wish every Harley store was respectful like these folks were with me
