My first experience with North Point Florist was when a family member passed away. My boss sent some flowers to the office address. These folks were so accommodating as to know I would have to carry them home and called me to get my home address. The flowers themselves were exquisite. Ive since used them for prom corsage, which was ordered at the very last minute and were perfect for the dress and the price. (Out of the whole group of kids going, ours was the prettiest corsage.) The owner/operator is very friendly and offers awesome advice when youre not sure what exactly to send. I will continue to do business with him AND send business his way as often as I can. Its not often you find a small business that can offer you the personalized service that this business can.

The flower arrangements are very nicely presented, but the guy who owns the shop has a bad attitude. I have purchased expensive bouquets twice (ranging over $150 each) and he acts like he is doing me a favor. If you ask him a question, he gets really impatient with you. I was going to order a third bouquet because I liked the flowers and was willing to put aside his attitude, but he did it again - he got snarky because I did not like the fact that the vase was going to be plastic instead of glass and he almost hung up on me because I was taking a few seconds to think about it.... Honestly, I and everyone I know do not go here anymore because of him!! PS: My last bouquet had some slightly wilting flowers in it because he rushed through putting it together.

Contacted North Point Florist with a last minute request and I was totally floored by the exceptional customer service Stephen provided. I was calling NPF from Mid Florida to have an arrangement delivered in Alpharetta, Georgia and Stephen went out of his way to gather all the necessary details, such as if the delivery neighborhood was gated or easily accessible, called the recipient to verify times they would be home. And he even sent me a Text Message of the flowers to be delivered prior to there delivery just in case we needed to make changes. I truly appreciate that level of customer service and I would definitely recommend this florist shop.
