Let me preface this by saying we looked into several different florists for our wedding and we knew instantly that WoW Floral Design Studio was going to be the one. There was a different vibe felt when we entered WoW Floral Design Studio. The owner, Ellen portrayed a true passion for what she did and gave us her utmost undivided attention and listened to what we envisioned for our wedding. There was days that I randomly stopped by to visit Ellen and I saw that she was slammed busy but she still took the time to acknowledge me and listen to what I had to say. I had a particular vision of how I wanted our bridal flowers to look and after hearing horror stories from other brides I made sure that what we wanted was clear. Ellen assured me from the beginning that our flowers would be just beautiful and that indeed was true. I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet, all the bridesmaid flowers were exactly as envisioned and the boutonnieres were perfect. Ellen even stuck around at our wedding venue to make sure all the flowers were well taken care of. We truly appreciate Ellens passion for perfection, honesty and will be recommending her to friends and family. Thank you for helping us make our wedding day so beautiful!

I have been a long time Alpharetta Flower Market customer, but decided to try out Wow Floral due to AFM accidently charging me an additional $90 and taking 2+ weeks to refund. Im glad the unfortunate circumstance caused me to look elsewhere. I talked to Ellen (I believe the owner) on the phone; told her my idea for an anniversary bouquet to be delivered to my fiance, and she was extremely nice and patient with me. The flowers were delivered on time, and I even received a text from Ellen, confirming exactly when they were delivered! The flowers are absolutely gorgeous (see picture)! Some florists put a ton of unbloomed flowers in the bouquet, but Ellen perfectly balanced half bloomed flowers with unbloomed ones. Some of the flowers even have colors that Ive never seen before. I in no way am being compensated to write this. But as a guy that buys a lot of flowers, Wow Floral is well worth my time to tell everyone that this place is awesome. I used to get bouquets from Alpharetta Flower Market that were smaller, had less flowers, and cost $30-$50 MORE than Wow. Ellen has a customer for life.

Absolutely great experience! Even though they have an excellent website, I still preferred to call, simply because I know nothing about flowers and I needed some hand holding. ;) I spoke with a very knowledgeable person at the shop who took the time to listen to me, offer up suggestions based on what I told her my wife liked and gave me a very affordable price for flowers that Im told are among the most beautiful flowers that even "the flower ladies" in my wifes office have ever seen. As everyone does these days, my wife posted a couple of pictures of the flowers on Facebook. Im now Husband of the Year. Im kidding, but Ive been told that I did a great job. I assure them that I only did a great job at picking who to call. I will definitely use Wow for all my flower needs in the future. On top of everything else, I was off the phone with Wow around 10 am. My wife had flowers in hand at 1:45 pm. Quick, beautiful, and affordable; I couldnt ask for much else. Thanks for a job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you are looking for wedding flowers, a floral arrangement or bouquet, do not shop further. After shopping for wedding flowers at other locations, I found none gave me the time, knowledge, and professionalism that florist Ellen did. She went extremely above and beyond from day one to put together the ideas I had in mind and to stay within my budget. She did what no other florist did by researching ideas and visiting the church and the wedding venue before hand in order to make sure everything would fit in place according to my floor plans. The flowers turned out to be absolutely breathtaking and since, multiple family members and friends are now dedicated customers. She is now the only florist my family trusts for any occasion and she does a perfect job with an absolute pleasure and a great attitude all the time. Go there and ask for Ellen, you will be happy you did!

I was needing a florist to send a birthday bouquet to my daughter whos located in Alpharetta. A quick review of Google steered me away from some with poor service and to Wow Floral Design because of their outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed. Although a bit pricey, they quickly pulled together an outstanding arrangement of fall flowers, sent me a picture of the arrangement, delivered it promptly, and sent me a text message confirming the delivery. That was service - and well worth every penny. My daughter thought they were gorgeous. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Poor Customer Service. In an attempt to sent flowers, this was a poor choice. I live in Virginia, my fiancé lives in Alpharetta, Ga. After attempting to register online, I encounters an error in which I could not select Va. as my state for the billing address. I called them directly only to have the woman call me a liar when I explained the situation. Then moving past that, I informed her that I liked the "fresh country bouquet" only to have her question what site I saw this selection on. Totally clueless to their own selection and totally unprofessional.

Last week I ordered a custom arrangement from Wow. I had some very specific ideas in mind. When I picked up the arrangement, I was absolutely thrilled with what Wow had designed. The flowers were beautiful, the presentation matched my ideas exactly. Four days later the roses are still in perfect condition. I will definitely use this florist again. Could not have been more pleased. If you want something a little different from standard online arrangements, this is the place to visit.

Wow Floral Design Studio definitely delivers the "wow"! Excellent customer service( even when I was being nit picky), arranged an amazing floral bouquet, which my girlfriend adored, and let me know right when the flowers were delivered. I Live out of state and Ive tried a couple of other shops in Alpharetta. I will definitely giving all my future business and referrals to the ladies at Wow. Thank you very much.

I will ONLY use this florist. My wife was having a crappy day and I needed to get some flowers to her. Wow bent over backwards to make it happen in the same afternoon that I ordered. And in some confusion on my part, Wow tried to deliver to her office, and ultimately chased my wife home to deliver the nice surprise. A bit more to pay for WORLD CLASS delivery. Great service. Great flowers.

Very pleased with my experience. We eloped and gave about a months notice. At the beginning of the month of our wedding the owner called and confirmed our order. The flowers were stunning -- I gave her a few pictures of bouquets that I like and what style I was looking for. The flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Would definitely use Wow again!

Specifically asked for white daisies. When I showed up to pick them up they were purple. They acknowledged that they messed up and even saw where they had written down "white". They did throw in a few white ones that they found in the back, but did not offer a discount. Price seemed high too. I would recommend another florist.
