WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS!! Snotty and arrogant staff. Do not spend your money or time here. Went here early on Valentines Day looking for a pre-arranged bouquet for my mother. Red roses didnt seem appropriate. While I understand that it was Valentines Day, I expected some small variety. They had nothing, and while this wasnt highly upsetting, the staff openly scoffed and ridiculued me for asking if they had anything left. They almost seemed confused by this question. The pregnant manager, asked me "how small my budget was?" and then informed me that their arragnements start at $100. First off, this was an incredibly rude and obnoxious assumption, and secondly, what a steep price even at the last minute. I felt like I was simultaneously being price-gouged and then laughed at for assuming A FLORIST WOULD HAVE FLOWERS! After this exchange, I was essentially rushed out while they attended to other, more worthy customers. I was embarrassed and mortified by their treatment. I drove 10 minutes south down the road to The Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell and was greeted warmly and with respect. They had many affordable arrangements with various flowers besides red roses, shocker. After I told them about what I had experienced at Rogers Florist, they sold me a daisy/tulip display that was originally priced at $55 for $32. This is a good florsist, with good and kind people working there. Do yourself a favor and take your business there.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. The lady answer (spoke extremely bad english) but I didnt say anything I just wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend. She couldnt understand anything I said repeated it back to me completely wrong and I had to go to the point of spelling it out. She had the nerve to get frustrated hang up on me ask me if I spoke English when the whole time she was the one struggling she then proceed to tell me my message is to complicated I need to call another florist. The message was only 7 words long!! Now all this came after she got my credit card which she understood just fine she. She then hung before I could make sure she could spell my name right. When I called back she began to scream if I wanted the flowers or not over and over again. It was completely uncalled for since I called her gave her my credit card and asked for the flowers I never became rude with her or out of line but yet she only got worst as if it was my fault she couldnt understand English. Worst I repeat worst experience with any business my entire life Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau because I canceled my order after she screamed do you want the flowers or not. Then she said to me, "No refund." and hung up.Worst florist Ive had the misery of doing business with.

I live in Kentucky and ordered flowers for family in Alpharetta. Rather than use a 1-800-FLOWERS type of florist I wanted to use a local florist. Big mistake, should have just used someone else. Upon placing my order online (at 9pm) I noticed a small typo on the card and also wanted to add a bit of gold to my white and blue flower arrangement (the deceasded went to University of Notre Dame). I called Rogers Florist first thing the next morning to adjust my order and the first number I called was dead and then all I got was the busy signal. I finally had to call the 1-800 number and a woman who spoke poor english answered. I asked her if she could fix the typo on the card and she told me "no, its already been printed". Okay, that stinks but could she at least add some gold to the arrangement? She told me there are no gold flowers. Obviously. I was hoping for some ideas and overall help making the arrangement look its best. She told me she could tie a gold bow on the vase. Fine, I just wanted to get off the phone with her because she was rude and not helpful at all. Dont use this florist, they dont care about their customers.

Awful customer service all-around. I ordered $75 worth of flowers for my girlfriends birthday, and rather than sending it on her birthday as the order specified, they delivered it the next day after ordering. When calling them to get a refund, they yelled at me because I wanted a return. I had to provide a number for them to call the business to pick back up the flowers (as my girlfriend did not work that day), to which they threw a fit because I did not know the number by heart. The conversation was incredibly difficult because both employees who answered the phone knew very little English and continuously cut me off and got upset with me due to my frustration. In addition, the "handwritten" note with my flowers looked much less like script and much more like chicken-scratch. My doctor or my pharmacist can write better than this. It is simply unbelievable on how amateurish and neglectful these employees are of their job. Its even more stunning that a previous order I had with them was fine, but Im under the impression the new management and employees are complete garbage.

Perfect is the word that summarizes this floral shop and its staff. Hands-down the best florist you can go to in the city of Atlanta. I hired Anya and her staff to do all of my floral needs for my wedding and not only did they meet my expectations but they exceeded it. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted my flowers to look like for the wedding and I did not want to change my mind or be deferred to anything else. I gave her my vision and they provided the vision and made it look absolutely amazing. The flowers were fresh, bloomed and looked absolutely gorgeous the day of the wedding. The customer service of not only her but also her staff was breathtaking. It made the wedding planning process 10 times easier and made it less stressful to know that my floral needs were being handled by professionals who really cared about making my day the perfect day. I highly recommend Anya and her crew at Rogers florist for any floral needs that you may have. Amazing is the best word to describe them

May 10 is Mothers Day in Latin America. So today May 10, I looked up florist in the Alpharetta are. I placed it online. But I had a question, around what time would it be delivered because it didnt give me info on delivery time. I called, a lady with answered, asked her around what time it would be delivered, she said tomorrow around 3. I said if it could be done today around 3pm but she responded very rude, Tomorrow or look for another florist, and hanged up. I then called the 800 number and she picked up. I asked her if I could talk to a manager/owner. She said, Im the only one here, and hanged up again. I called back the 678 number and asked her I wanted to cancel my order I had placed. She said, I already did and did a refund, dont call back Im very busy. All I wanted to do was to try a new florist, but guess nooott. I should of just order where I normally order from.alpharetta flower market. Rogers Florists? I WIL NEVER CALL! Thank you for your service that sucks!
