NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered through their website because they had same day delivery. When I called to see why the wrong plant was sent. (ordered Gerbera Daisies and they sent a peace Lilly.) The lady was nice. The customer service was good until I got to Ralph the manager. After he hung up on me the first time I was able to get him on the phone again. He argued I selected for substitutions to be made. Ive gone through and made an order again. Nowhere does that option appear. Youre forced to pay $50 for whatever they have in their store regardless of what type of plant or flower youd purchased. I wish there was a better way to warn people about this business.

Late delivery and they just sent them on the front porch in a vase with NO box. Of course, they were tipped over when we got home, empty of water! Then, when we opened them up, they were very small. We ordered through an online company, where our choices were regular (like what we received), deluxe, and Premium (which I ordered). They couldnt delver them on the day they were suppose to be delivered so, they got there the next day and promised to increase our order in size. When I called April Florist, they basically said sorry, but thats what we just got delivered today. Extremely disappointing & would definitely NOT recommend this florist!

This florist is horrible. I ordered flowers from 1800flowers and this is the florist they picked to deliver what I purchased. They didnt send what I ordered claiming to be out of it but I accepted the change. Where my problem laid was when their delivery driver decided to open the front door to my fiancés house without her permission to put the flowers inside. When I went to speak to the owner he was incredibly rude and told me I had to get out of his shop. A police report was made but I very much recommend that you find another florist for anything you may need. I would have rated zero stars but one is as low as Google would allow me to go.

APRIL FLORIST IN LOVELAND OH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL USE EVERY BIT OF SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET I HAVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. THE NOT ONLY SENT THE WRONG THING, BUT THEY SENT SOMETHING THAT WAS SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT AND BLAMED VALENTINES DAY FOR THE PRICE AND FOR WHAT I RECEIVED. OTHERS WHO SENT FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL PAID LESS FROM OTHER FLORISTS AND WHERE LARGER AND NICER THAN WHAT WAS SENT FROM THIS CRAPPY FLORIST. BEWARE!!! WOULD RATE NO STARS BUT WOULDNT LET ME.

What a horrible experience. Husband tried to surprise me with flowers. They tried delivering them after my office closed (even though on FTD website it was promised by 2). Finally got them at 11 today and roses are brown and the petals are falling off the other flowers literally onto the floor. We called to complain and kept getting the runaround. Finally talked to the manager Ralph who called me a liar, never apologized, and told me to take it up with FTD and to never call back. What horrible customer service.

Walking in the place looks more like grandmas attic than a floral shop. Very cluttered with off seasonal stuff all over the place. I couldnt find real flowers they werent even out but in the back. I asked if you had one rose for a simple thank you gift - an he had to go in back to find it. Over priced an unorganized unprofessional service. When i walked out I had to look back an read sign ... Yup it was indeed a flower shop- could of fooled me. Wont be coming back- Ill stop by Kroger next time.

I dont normally leave reviews, but this one is much deserved: my husband sent me a dozen red roses for Valentines Day. NINE days later, I am just now thinking my roses are coming to an end. This is the longest a dozen roses has ever lasted me! Thank you to April Florist and Gifts for a wonderful, LONG-LASTING, bouquet of flowers!

Do not EVER use this florist. I had been using them for years even though they were a little Country Bumpkin because they were convenient, but when they messed up my order in a big way, their owner Pat gave the worst customer service and kept my money.Go up the road to Adrian Durban or Kroger. These people dont deserve any business.

I have been very pleased with April Florist! I live in Boston and my parents are in Loveland, so I rely on this florist for deliveries on Mothers Day and other holidays. They are timely and reliable and their arrangements are BEAUTIFUL! (I know from the photos that my mother always sends me.)
