Horrible experience. I ordered flowers on 1/18 to be delivered on 1/24 to a friend who had unexpectedly lost her uncle. My friend was home all day and said the flowers never came. When I called the florist, they basically said we were lying and that we were left on the porch. She even asked "does your friend have a camera?" When I called again 4 days later because they still hadnt been delivered she promised she would "make it right." I stopped playing the game then and immediately disputed the charge. Save yourself the headache.

Placed an order online at 10:18am. Got a confirmation number and even called to confirm they could deliver just in case. I then got a call at 2pm which was the estimate of when it should be delivered and the lady on the phone explained it would not be delivered and she just received the order. So why did it take over 5 hours to let me know after being charged $75 dollars for flowers and even confirming with me on the phone??? Terrible customer service. Stay away and do not order online!!!!

I have ordered flowers for funerals here at my church, several times, and I have never had a problem. They are always on time, the arrangements were beautiful, and the customer service I received was great.
