Let me start off by saying that I gave two stars because, in the end, the flowers were pretty enough. Then again, its hard to make something that pretty into something hideous. Why we chose Fluff and Em for our wedding flowers: -local store in my neighborhood -between my house and our wedding location -VERY reasonable quote for what seemed to me to be a good amount of flowers (all for people, no arrangements) Why we would NEVER recommend Fluff and Em to any of our newly engaged friends (or anyone else): -my flower colors were completely ignored; pale pink morphed into fuschia and deep purple with no knowledge of my own -I supplied 2/3 of the bouquet makings (feathers, ribbon, etc.) with NO discount from the bill -FLOWERS WERE ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATE FOR PICKUP. When we went to have them picked up at the specified time that "Em" had written on our receipt, not only were the flowers not even finished, but they were working on a completely different arrangement for someone else. If youve ever been involved in any sort of wedding stuff, you know how key timing is on "the day", and Im thankful that I had enough friends on hand helping out that someone had time to wait the hour and fifteen minutes for the flowers to be ready. What we ended up with were lovely enough flowers, but they were not at all what we had paid for. While I would never let something like flowers ruin my day, all I can say is that its a good thing that they werent that important to me. I would have been sorely disappointed.

Ive used them several times for different occasions. Its a nice family environment and their very knowledgeable about the care of flowers and plants. The little water tubes they include on floral arrangements has made me a repeat customer. I appreciate that this business cares about their product as they do and it shows. Thanks again!
