Such a wonderful experience. My boyfriend sent me flowers while he was away and I was not home to receive them. They left the flowers in a shady spot near my front door and called twice to follow up to make sure I received them. Upon chatting with Dave, the owner, he said they had just missed me and for me to please make sure the flowers had extra water since they were left outside for about a 1/2 hr. In my opinion, this company went above and beyond in making sure our flower delivery service was stellar. Im so glad they left them outside or else I wouldnt have received them til the next day. I am shocked to see the 2 stars Roy left but very happy to read Daves response. Love this flower company and will def be using them for all occasions going forward. Thank you Chelsea Floral!

This was one of the best experiences Ive had with a florist. They came highly recommended from several friends so I was excited to use them for flowers I needed delivered last week. They had a beautiful selection at a range of price points which was nice. They were also extremely nice to work with and even sent me a photo of the completed bouquet before they delivered it so I got to see exactly how it turned out (which is great because sometimes you order flowers and never even get to see what they look like and if what you paid for is what was delivered). I will absolutely be using them again and you should too - you will not be disappointed!

One of the easiest and best experiences ever.I called before they opened to see if perhaps someone was in early and could help me. Dave called me back before they even opened in the morning. Worked with my on my item I wanted but offered to enhance it and deliver it quicker than the pre-packaged product. Bottom line is that my wife was ecstatic. She immediately texted pics to me. The quality of the flowers is amazing! My wife is recovering from cancer and was having a very trying morning. I decided to provide a pick me up for her and it tuned out better than was expected. I ordered flowers online from Chelsea for my best pals birthday, they were beautiful. The entire experience was very positive, online ordering was easy and fast, loved the BloomSnap of the flowers and most importantly the flower arrangement was beautiful. My friend said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received, even after 11 days the flowers were gorgeous, magic! The service was great, they followed to make sure the order had arrived and was to my liking - great service and great product. Hard to find these days, we will be ordering again. thanks so much

My daughter sweet sixteen was celebrated at the Sun Dial on 4/29/16 there was some miss communication and her flowers were not delivered she was so disappointed. I gave them a five star rating because the customer service was spectacular. I was blown away when the VP reached out and apologized to my daughter and I. We did receive flowers and they were beautiful almost like they were hand pick straight from a garden into the vase. I will recommend this company for any special occasion. Thanks David

I have never gotten flowers that even remotely compare to the flowers from Chelsea floral. Ive told my husband dont bother buying them if they are not from Chelsea Floral. They last sometimes over 2 weeks and the fragrance is beautiful. You definitely get more than what you pay for with Chelsea floral. I have referred MANY of my friends to them and all have had the same reviews. BEST flowers in town and probably the best in the country if I were to guess!

My friend was so happy with the flower arrangement I sent her! I love that Chelsea Floral Designs sends a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. Initially, after seeing the photo, I thought it might be smaller than I anticipated. I called Chelsea Floral and spoke to David. They made a gorgeous bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentines day; it looked exactly like it did on their websites picture.
