5/29/15 Flowers guaranteed same day delivery. Did not come. Flowers arrived late in afternoon next day with absolutely no water in the vase. Snapdragons were wilted, lilies were bruised, and some of the roses were on their last legs. Quote from enclosure: We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. Of we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention. So I called. No name given by whoever answered the phone, Described situation and he said he had arranged them, himself. There had been water in the vase. Put me on hold. Came back giving minute details of the order, stalling and wasting my time. Never was there any, any, any kind of an apology. Not a smidgeon of one! Nor were pleasantries such as, "please" or "thank you" EVER said. I just hung up as I could see that the man wasnt interested, whatsoever, in upholding what is printed on their card! Am I a liar? Am I not due courtesy? My daughter performed surgeries all day the day the flowers WERE to have come and found out VERY late in the afternoon that they had NOT been delivered. And she was embarrassed, I can tell you that! I am going to contact FTD and let them know of the whole unpleasant experience. Now, since I tried to handle this myself, do I even tell my daughter about the dying arrangement and the non-service, service? She has enough to do without dealing with such incompetent, non-caring companies. Money down the drain. A disappointed mother and treated very poorly by FLOWERS OF MARIETTA!!!!!!!!

I phoned in an order from Kansas for an arrangement for my mothers birthday. The man I spoke with on the phone was so helpful, as this was a last minute order that I needed delivered that day. Not only did he deliver a stunning arrangement in less than 2 hours, but he personally called me to let me know it had been delivered and who answered the door. I was a florist for 5 years, and can say that customers like myself are difficult to please. I was happy enough that my last minute order would be filled. I wasnt however, expecting the level of customer service I received with a personal phone call. What a delight! I received a medium sized flower arrangement from this shop in August 2013. When I received the arrangement at 2pm in the afternoon, the flowers were warm, one rose bud was torn and two flower stems already broken. Six days later the entire arrangement was falling apart and the rose buds wilted before they ever opened. I had to toss the entire arrangement less than a week after receiving them. The flowers were delivered by someone in a 4-door sedan so perhaps the transportation heated the flowers and broke the stems. Ive had flowers from Publix last longer! Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I just walked out of the store after having spoken with the owner asking to get an arrangement wrapped but he insisted that he can only make an arrangement in a vase. After I explained that Im not interested in adding any more vase to my vase collection he said that he cannot and will not make any arrangements wrapped for carry out considering this time of season and how busy they are. I guess you lost my business I used to buy from you guys for many years and I would always buy in advance. I guess I have to rethink who I buy my flowers from. If I could, I would give zero stars

I live in CA and needed flowers delivered to my step sister on her birthday. I didnt think of it until after the online cutoff time for same day delivery so I called around to several different shops to see if anyone could get them delivered that day. I found Flowers of Marietta and not only did they say they could deliver them that day, but they were cheaper than anywhere else I found, and they even called me half an hour after I had placed the order to confirm than they had been delivered! Thank you for they try amazing service, even from 3,000 miles away!

Flowers of Marietta really helped me out of a jam! It was the night of my parents big anniversary party and I wanted to bring them flowers. I had been busy the days prior to the party. I quickly called up Flowers of Marietta and they were very kind to me. They understood my problem and quickly came up with a solution for me. They gave me very fresh and beautiful flowers and all night I got compliments on them! My parents thanked me for the flowers and said that the flowers made their night.
