Im in Panama, yes the one that has the Panama Canal. I went to school with Pat, the owner, many years ago, more years ago than I care to remember actually. I think we started school together in the third grade and finished high school at the same time. I found out quite by accident that Pat owned a flower shop after I got an email about our 40th high school reunion and saw her current profile at the reunions website. This week a lady who works for me had to go to the hospital for surgery and was in need of a "cheer me up". I called Pat and ask her to send some flowers to her in UT. She ask me what kind of flowers I wanted to send and I said "Pretty ones". She laughed and said something about men knowing less than squat about flowers.I hate it when that happens ;-) Im sure my friend will love the flowers and the next time you need to send some flowers call The Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell. Im sure they can help you even if youre a guy who knows less than squat about what kind of flower to send ;-) By the way, tell Pat that David in Panama ask you to call. Im in Colorado and could NOT find a florist near Cummings, GA that was open late enough on Saturday for me to order flowers for my Aunts funeral on Sunday. Everywhere we called had just closed. The Best Little Flower Shop was not only open later in the day, but went out of their way to help us get an arrangement to the funeral home. They dont normally deliver that far away, but they had an employee that lived in the area volunteer to take an arrangement by. The woman that helped us even considered the fact that cut flowers would wilt on the drive over and recommended a special plant and flower basket that would last for us. I wont be able to see the arrangement but trust that anyone who would go out of their way to help us will send something beautiful for my Aunt Pam. Thank you so much to the Best Little Flower Shop and their generously helpful employees!

I called several other flower shops in the area and none of them delivered balloon bouquets. I was very happy to hear that "The Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell" not only DID deliver balloon bouquets, but they also had excellent customer service. The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and kind and even worked with me to find something that fit my budget. Its hard to find really good customer service these days, so I wanted to make sure I gave them a shout out. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely call on them again when I need flowers or balloons.

I called in this morning needing one thing - the one thing they didnt have, go figure. I was saying my thank yous and getting ready to move to the next number listed on google as I live about an hour and half away when Allyson asked me if I could give her 10 minutes. She not only called back 10 minutes later but also informed me they would go get my orchid and have it delivered today. Now thats what I call above and beyond! I put the Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell in my contacts and will use them again anytime I have the need. Thanks Guys!

I can not believe the reviews of the others here because I have called several times over the last few months to place orders and have had the rudest, most unhelpful service every single time. Additionally, I went in once to make a purchase and the flowers were extremely overpriced and were very poor quality and were almost dead the next day. I would never ever recommend this shop and will never ever use them again. A HUGE disappointment for me. I am glad to see that others have not had such negative experiences as I.

Had a Kentucky Derby party that needed flowers Marty and her crew were awesome! I requested two 30" wreaths that were in the shape of horseshoes made of red roses to hang on the front doors. They created this from scratch and looked amazing! Everyone was impressed by the unique wreaths. Thank you so much, I know this was something the guest walked away with in their memory bank.

I ordered early in the morning and it was delivered by the afternoon. Excellent customer service; they called to let me know they did not have a few of the flowers in the arrangement i picked and that they were going to substitute them with flowers of like color and type. Very polite and wanted to please me as a customer. Will definitely buy from them again.

Customer service was disinterested and abrupt. Wasnt concerned with making sure I was happy with purchase. Asked me what I wanted to spend, even though that wasnt how I wanted to select my product - then charged me more than I had said I wanted to spend. Obviously dont recommend and wont return.

Pat did the flowers for my sisters wedding three years ago and mine this past week and both times the flowers were absolutely lovely. Our guests complimented us on how beautiful they were and the bouquets and flowers in the vases exceeded my expectations. Pat was great to work with and reliable.
