I used Botany Bay as my florist for my wedding in September 2009. I had very specific requests regarding the boutonnieres and the bridal bouquet. Shane at Botany Bay was very helpful and very excited to help me on my special day. He fulfilled all of my requests at a very reasonable price and really went above and beyond my expectations. I had a difficult time finding a florist for my wedding because many others were too opinionated or very pricely, but Shane and Botany Bay were quite wonderful. I received many compliments at my wedding and would recommend Botany Bay in the future.

I ordered an arrangement 4 days in advance for a presentation bouquet. I told them I would be there 9:30am and they requested I arrive at 10 for pick-up. When I arrived at10:05, the bouquet was not ready and the designer had not even looked at the orders for the day. She grabbed random flowers that were available stating she could put one together quickly. Obviously the arrangement wasnt thought out. Also, she didnt remove the damaged petals from the flowers. She bundled a few flowers together and handed it to me. Needless to say, I was less than thrilled with the results and service.

I called and placed an order for pickup. The gentleman I spoke to took my information, but was apparently having some technical difficulties with his system. He offered to let me pay when I picked up. As someone who works in retail, I appreciate his offer to have a product ready without any assurance of payment. I thought it spoke to the integrity of the business. My only complaint is that I was on hold for a while, but I can understand that the day before Valentines was especially busy for them.

I ordered Valentines flowers on the morning of the day (stupid me!). Botany Bay said they would do their best to deliver something prior to the end of the day. However, the owner called me towards the end of day and stated the even though he could do it, he did not like the quality of the flowers he had left. We are agreed for a delivery the following day and he provided a bouquet that far exceeded our expectations. They saved me, and I will definitely do business with them again in the future!

I have been sending flowers from this florist for about 2 years now and so far they have rose to the occasion, no pun intended. While I live out of town and have almost always had the flowers delivered I have been to the store a few times. Every time I bought flowers from at the store they have been full, healthy and lasted!!! Price wise they are very fair compared to most A rated florist. The place has been a winner.

I have had an outstanding experience with this florist. Excellent customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable about the flowers.The designer is fantastic and she can create arrangements that are quite unique and exotic.They have recently upgraded the interior of the shop and I like the new look too. I highly recommend them for small or large events or occasions!

Botany Bay "delivers" again! Based on previous experience my husband suggested that my out-of-town mom use Botany Bay to send me birthday flowers. They just arrived and are spectacular! I cant say enough good things about this florist. Their arrangements are gorgeous and all flowers! Thank you!!!

Wow, this place was terrible, the picture looked nothing like the flowers that were eventually delivered (got nowhere near the number of flowers). Totally overpriced for what was delivered. I emailed them immediately, still no response weeks later
