Horrible, horrible experience. Not only were the flowers not delivered on time on the day I requested, they werent even delivered on the day I requested. They claimed they made a delivery attempt, but were not allowed to deliver them to the room or leave them at the desk. I dont know if that is true, but, not only did they not contact me about an issue with my order, they offered no assistance whatsoever on the MULTIPLE calls I made to them to find out where the flowers were. They use some outside call service and delivery service which apparently has zero access to any information regarding the actual deliveries. All they would offer to do was send a message to the delivery company to get back to me. When I asked for the phone # for the delivery service or driver so that I could handle myself, they refused and said that I would just have to wait for someone to get back to me, which they never did on the day it was supposed to be delivered. We ended up picking up and delivering ourselves the next day. A company that supposedly provides floral DELIVERY services is completely incompetent if they cant even find out if their own flowers were ever delivered within a 24 hour period. Although I never saw them, they did provide a small upgrade to the order to make up for their blunder, and I was told it was a very high-quality arrangement. Regardless of how good it may have looked, their complete lack of customer service is more than enough for me to know I would never do business with them again.

(This is the thank you note I wrote to Irina) Dear Irina, I want you to know how much I appreciate your talent, your help, and your kindness. The flowers you did for Charlie Darracott (at Northside Chapel 8/15) were incredible. Everyone commented on them. Even the lady who represented Greenlawn Cemetery stopped me after the graveside service and told me, “ I see flowers every day, these are the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.” How true! I came here to get an arrangement for my wife and was met by the a woman who was working on some flowers in the back. She walked up to the front desk and from the start seemed uninterested in my business. She was very short and rude with me during our own exchange and then walked off mid conversation and had another person come to speak with me. It is unfortunate because, having just moved into the area, I was looking for a flower shop in which I will frequent several times a year. I will not be coming back here again.

Always on time, amazing prices, beautiful arrangements but most importantly FRESH flowers. Ordered flowers for a memorial. Flowers did not arrive at the service. I used an 800 number listed on the company website and was told that that number should not have been on the website. The owner was unwilling to take any responsibility for this and made NO apology. It would have been very simple to refund my costs (not excessive) and offer an apology but the staff and owner did not appreciate that customer service is important.

After less than 48 hours the flowers were most bedraggled looking. Even the daisies looked terrible. The bouquet when delivered was fantastic. Flowers we have bought at a grocery store lasted considerably longer. The flowers were ordered by friends out of state. We were told they have a 24 hour guarantee since they were a wire order. If this is the quality of service we will recommend Hamilton be avoided.

Showed up the day before my wedding to pick up a corsage (that we had ordered weeks before) , only to be told that they didnt have any white flowers, so they just made it with pink and red ones. I guess this place is fine if you dont care what colors you get. Luckily we were able to find another nearby shop that made exactly what we wanted in much less time for much less money.
