I ordered a flower arrangement early one Wednesday morning and ask to have it delivered that day. Since it was close by, they said no problem. When the driver got to the business to deliver the flowers he found out my friend was not working that day. He call me right away and offered to deliver them the next day. That was not good because my friend doesnt work Thursday. So the driver offered to deliver a fresh arrangement on Friday. Wow, what service! I later found out my friend was at home sick. When I called Mt. Washington Florist again to ask if the flowers could still be delivered that day but to a different address, again I was told "No Problem". These folks are great. Then went out of their way to help make sure my friend got the flowers she needed to cheer her up. Thanks!

Allow me to paint a picture. A 22 year old male engineer calls the flower shop at around 11 am on valentines day to help him get flowers for his lady friend. A hopeless situation indeed. He describes his relationship to her and what hes looking for and the shop owner patiently explains all the details on the phone during their busiest day of the year. I dont know what Im ordering and I can tell you that the only thing I know about flowers is that girls like them. They delivered them before the end of the day, exactly what I was looking for, on extreme short notice. I couldnt rate the shop or recommend any more highly. EXCELLENT.

Mt. Washington Florist did all of the flowers for our March wedding and I was thrilled with how they turned out! Anne seemed able to read my mind and helped put my vision into words. The bouquets and table arrangements were exactly what I had hoped for - very soft, organic and pretty. Anne was very professional and kept everything right within our budget. Im so glad we have lots of photos of the beautiful flower arrangements so we will always remember the great work Mt. Washington Florist did!!

I called florist on Saturday towards end of their business hour and asked if it was too late to order a sunshine basket to be delivered as soon as possible. The answer was Of course, we would be happy to help you! I placed the order at 120p and the recipient sent me a thank you and picture at 230p. Not only was this above and beyond normal service but the arrangement was MAGNIFICENTLY beautiful. I will always remember their kindness. I am most appreciative!
