At first contact with this florist, they appear nice and willing to work within budgets. However, once they have a deposit they will do anything to drive the price up and will ignore suggest or requests from their customers and demand their own way. The designer, Mark, was extremely rude and made several comments about how my wedding wasnt as important as others that he had done and I also came away feeling very misguided and taken advantadge of. The flowers did turn out well and I was happy with the end result, but too much hassel and egos for me to deal with.

I lIive in Texas and found this florist online. From the phone call to the delivery everything was wonderful. She was so warm and friendly. Took her time with me, offered her opinion , suggested certain flowers that she knew was fresh in the store. She even went so far as taking a picture of the arrangement and sent it to me so I knew what was being delivered. That made my day since I live in Texas. I will definitely use them in the future without a doubt!!!

I ordered a bouquet online, then called to confirm the order and to tell them that their website has a problem. He person answering the phone was short, curt, and not friendly!! I ordered daisies because that was the persons favorite flower and they responded with "they were not sure if they had those flowers there are over 500 flowers on the website and they cant be sure they have those listed on the site. Subsitutions can be made!!!" Then he just hung up!
