First, NEVER EVER use a site called AvasFlowers. They are NOT "local" and have obviously used "key words" to be the first "local" florist to pop-up when you search on the internet. They are located in NJ and farm out all their orders. Second, I placed my online order 8 days in advance to the delivery date, paid extra for express delivery (deliver prior to 1PM) for my Moms 86th birthday. I was LIED to on two separate occasions trying to track down this delivery. I received an email AND a text at 5:15pm telling me it had been delivered, it was finally delivered at almost 7pm and totally not worth the $$$ I had paid for a "premium" arrangement. Since AvasFlowers would NOT tell me the florist they were using, my Mom provided the information from the back of the card... Flowers by Roger, Inc., Middletown, OH. Bad experience all around.

This is hands-down, the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever with a florist. I ordered a bouquet for my Mothers 60th Birthday/Mothers Day and they couldnt have failed more. They delivered the wrong flowers. It was in the wrong vase, the arrangement was different and it was maybe worth a 3rd of the value. I called to have it fixed but they were closed and couldnt get back to me until Monday. I called on Monday and they said they would redeliver it on Tuesday. When it was redelivered, it was STILL THE WRONG ARRANGEMENT. The only thing that was correct was that they put it in the correct vase. I love to support local business and have been in Middletown a long time but this is ridiculous and if you are hoping to give someone something special, do not order it from here.

I ordered flowers for my wife thru a online site (FYF) and this so called florist fulfilled the order. I paid extra to get by noon, around 7PM th door bell rang. The jar of $#!+ was left on the porch and the delivery person running to the van as if something was wrong, really! I wouldnt put my name on that jar and Im not a florist by any means. This arrangement was a 1/4 the size it was supposed to be. So I guess ordering flowers now you have to beware of scams, even your local florists take part in it. Customer appreciation and customer satisfaction is a croc!

Flowers were no were near close to what was advertised, they lied about delivering them stated they were delivered, they were not...they finally cooperated and delivered next day, flowers looked like they had been picked up at Kroger the night before, left outside then stepped on and finally put together in a $1 vase and wrapped a ribbon around tied by a 2 yr old!!! I would never recommend this florist...or Pro Flowers who sent their business to this florist!!!

Boyfriend had flowers sent to my work for my birthday. Of course I told him they were beautiful. They were a sad sight. Not put together well at all. Several stems of flowers and greenery were broken and hanging. Loose bunch of flowers. Oh well it was the thought that counts. He was so embarrassed when I brought them home. Flowers By Roger you ripped him off. Never again using your service.

Ive never had trouble with this place my husband orders me flowers from here all the time! Except he tried to order them on our anniversary which was a holiday but their website said they were open so beware of that! But great local place!

Rogers has consistently exceeded our expectations over the last several years. However with a special Easter arrangement for our step mother at Arlington assisted living, they amazed us and everyone who saw the arrangement!

I used these folks for a surprise Valentines Day delivery of Roses to my wife at work. They were right on time (on probably their busiest day of the year) and the quality of the flowers was exceptional. Highly recommended!
