Do they have less than 1 star? This has been aggravating me for some time now and I have been recently persuaded that I really need to write a review. I received a delivery from this franchise a few months back. It was left at the street at the mailbox. I found it two days later, after it had been marked (urinated on) by dogs. I called the franchise directly and was told to talk to the driver. I spoke to the driver and he LIED and said he did not deliver it to the mailbox at the street. I told him he must have misdelivered it and the person who he delivered it to must have been kind and redelivered. He told me that it was not his problem and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. She listened to why I was calling and then transferred me to the same lying driver who told me it was not his problem. I then called the 800# and they took all my information and never called me back. I have used Edible Arrangements from another franchise for years without any issues. I was completely taken aback by the treatment I received from this particular location as well as the lack of concern from the 800#. It is possible that I will never use Edible Arrangements again, ever.
