Went to Kroger tonight to pick up few items - the cashier charged me twice for an item. After I got home and realized the extra charge, I went back to the store for either a refund or another item. I was told theres nothing that can be done since a manager wasnt on duty. I told the gentleman at the store that I live 30 minutes away and wasnt driving back to Dacula in the morning. The gentleman on duty called his manager on the phone and later told me that his manager said I will have to return in the morning when customer service is open. This was very disappointing - horrible experience

Its an alright store the reason I only give it three stars was it relies heavily on self checkout. I know all stores are doing this but I find it just a slap in the face to the customer. If you really all that concerned about the customer you will have people there to check them out. That being said the new olive bar or I guess I should say Greek bar that they have opened up and the sushi bar is a positive change. The price on the Greek bar is a little high for my taste but occasionally Ill get a sampling off of it.

Prices ate lower than the other stores that serve this area. I do a lot of late night shoping and it is open till 1:00 am 7 days a week.
