This store was terrible. The workers are incompetent and are very narcissistic. I had a problem with my iPhone 6s after 14 days, and my salesperson told me that I had exactly 14 days after my purchase to get a replacement. When i walked in to get a replacement, the original guy wasnt there but there was this lady who kept on questioning my problem. She didnt believe it was a real problem, said it was normal, then when I further elaborated she started rudely laughing at me and said I dont see what the problem was. After she saw how annoyed i was she decided to stop being rude and called to see if I could get a replacement. From there she informed me that i had purchased my phone on a Saturday exactly two weeks ago, but told me that the 14 day return policy included the day of purchase and thus Friday, only 13 days after i had purchased it, would have been the last day to get a replacement. It is complete bull crap and not what a 14 day return policy means. I wasted 35 minutes plus a 40 minute drive for nothing. These people dont care about your business. Visit the apple store if you want decent customer service

This place is getting murdered on Google Reviews, so I figured I would say something. I recently had to make a couple of visits to this location with my wife, so she could get a new phone. On each occasion we came to the store, the representatives gave us quick and attentive service. They sat on the phone with Sprint customer service FOR US (which is normally a nightmare) multiple times, always with patience and a smile. Each time we went in to the store, we were helped by a different set of employees and each group knew and performed their job very well. Our particular issue was much more complicated than just getting a new phone, so Ill spare the details. The point is, Ill be giving my service to them again in the future because they did an excellent job of demonstrating to my family that they are good at what they do. Some people are extremely critical here, so wanted to share a positive experience. Customer service jobs get ridiculous amounts of criticism, most of which is from customers who didnt understand what they were doing in the first place and want to blame it on the representative.

Terrible. Before I went in I was paying $256/month for a family plan. I told the reps I wanted to lower my bill or keep it the same after buying new phones. They told me they had Christmas specials and that they had a better plan for me. #1) They said that if I bought phone there would be $0 in fees. (I am on the phone with Sprint because they charged me $30/phone and are saying that there are no notes of $0 fees from the reps) #2) My new phone bill is $300/month. Sprint is not budging saying its on me and that I have to pay because that is what I agreed to. #3) The rep showed me my new bill when I left the store ($225 total). Sprint is saying there is no record of that.

I so far am not having a good experience with this place their associate told us all about switching from at&t to Verizon and everything we was told was so far not true. Now at first I was talking to the GM of store and now for the last 5 days I havent been able to get through to the store. Not Happy at all. I now has a 1700.00 bill from at&t and Verizon hasnt done anything and Im FIXING TO BE IN COLLECTIONS FOR THE BILL.

Do not buy cell phone from this store. They lie to my whole family about the bill now we stuck with phone and have to pay high bills because the sale person cheat to cell the phone and lie about the bill. After I tried to contact them and they do not answer our calls. Very unprofessional
