If this Kroger store werent the closest one to my home we would not shop here at all. It was a perfectly fine store several years ago, but I understand there was a management change that marked the beginning of its demise. Carts sit in the parking lot and on curbs entirely too long, baskets are rarely available for shoppers entering the main doors (they are left in useless stacks at the automatic check-out stations), and they continue to stock less and less product/brand variety. Ive taken the time to speak with management about these and other various concerns a number of times, in hopes of effecting some improvement and a return to my previous level of customer satisfaction. After all, the best thing you can do for your community is spend your money locally. But by and large, it feels more like a discount grocery these days than a proper Kroger store. While many Kroger locations in metro Atlanta are undergoing renovations and upgrades, this one feels like the company has just given up on it. And sadly, so have I. My advice? Take your business to the Publix or Walmart at Hwy. 124 and Centerville Rosebud.

Most cashiers are not friendly. Yesterday cashier left an item out of my bag. Noticed it when I got back home. Got back in my car, located cashier in different aisle and asked if we could go back to the aisle She said it was not there. A guy that worked there saw it a few feet over. All my cashier did was walk away rambling on with no apology. Where is the customer service?! I will tell you where at their competitors. Which is Publix and Fresh Market. Better quality and customer svc. You may have to pay a bit more but it is worth it. A few years back the supervisor in produce was telling a girl she left a dirty knife out and they had just been inspected. That should have been enough for me but I give stores second chances. Last time I will ever set foot in this store again!!

Thank you to manager Will and associates miss Jessica and Katrina for helping me in an emergency situation. This staff went above and beyond to help me get what I needed; I know it was later in the evening and I had no idea about what I needed to get in this emergency, but the team made it happen. They were both personal and professional with the level of help they provided me and I cannot thank and praise them enough. Outstanding customer service is so hard to find these days, and it was so refreshing to get this kind of help in my time of need. Thank you all again - I hope this makes it to the right eyes and you all can see this. You were all a blessing to me that night on Mothers Day.

Right now Im just going through all the places I remember from my childhood... I havent been here in probably 12 or 13 years! My strongest memory here is from when I was about 4 and I accidentally got my left hand ring finger stuck in the car door and me sobbing as my dad frantically tried to unlock the doors of the car... When we got inside I was still sobbing and the guy at the deli got napkins right away and began bandaging my finger... Still thankful for that man to this day... I didnt break my finger or even sprain it but I do have a small scar to remember someones kindness and quick action by❤️

This Kroger is the best Kroger in this area. Friendly staffs Brianna, Rose and the man from the meat dept very helpful and customer service. Great selection especially in organic, vegetarian and vegan product. Great deals, Clean and updated. I never really like shopping at Kroger until I start coming to this store. I really like it five star Top..

Pretty good kroger. Although you have to watch the expiration dates on alot of their boxed items. We have been burned by that before and they would not accept returns on them and did not have new product to exchange. Other than that they have been ok.

The check out people are either in a bad mood, complaining, or dont even acknowledge you. The produce is always pathetic. But I think the bulk of the customers are the worst. Rudeness seems to reside here.

As Krogers go, the only advantage to this one is that there are other big-box retailers in the same shopping center (Home Depot, Stein Mart, Buy Buy Baby, Joann, etc) that you can walk to easily.
