VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND FUSTRATED with the lack of communication from Northside Ford when trying to resolve the issue I am having with my truck. I have been working with Wayne trying to resolve what is wrong with my truck for the past 6 months. After picking up my truck this last time (dropped off multiple times prior), he told me he would email some information in a few days. Nothing was received for over a week so I called to follow up. He told me he is working with his tech and that I would get some information shortly. After waiting for over another week, I called again to follow up. He told me that his tech will call me back that day. I waited and no phone call or email. So today (after 3 attempts to get information with no response), I will let others know the level of service that I am getting from Northside Ford. I am very dissappointed and fustrated and expected great things from a company like Ford. This truck was bought new and is used for our business. I would not trust taking it out of the city.

I went to Northside Ford to get a small part for my F250 pickup. First off, how about a sign over the door to the parts department. I just might be helpful to your customers. Something the staff in the parts department knows nothing about. There was a guy helping a customer at the front counter. There were about 5 guys behind him standing there doing NOTHING. I stood there for over 15 minutes. Not one word from anyone.........Hey people, there is something called courtesy shown to a customer. Not at Northside Ford. After 20 min of not even an acknowledgment from anyone in the place that I existed....... I walked out. Do Not worry Northside Ford.....I will never come back to do business with you ever again.

Shawn and Zach have to be the best service advisors Ive ran into. They explained they only work on big trucks but were willing to take on my super duty because the light service guys were to busy. Shawn got me in right away and Zach followed up that evening letting me know what needed to be done. My truck was in an out of the shop in one day when other shops have told me 3 to 4 days. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family. Thank you for the awesome service.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, the focus and caring attitude by all of the service staff was phenomenal. Our issue was resolved quickly and to our total satisfaction, We have been to many other Ford dealerships over the years, but this experience was top notch over all of the rest!. I have to say, I was a little wary about going to a dealership for maintenence on my new truck. I thought to they were going to try to charge me a fortune. But the staff here were kind and helped me a lot! I even swapped recipes with the secretary! We will be using Northside Ford truck sales from now on.

Company uses bait and switch tactics and does not honor internet pricing. They tell yo one price and when you show up the price is thousands more. Terrible service and they seem not want to deal with anyone who is not being a large fleet. Also watch for damage on new vehicles

Constantly spams and over posts vehicles that are already SOLD for sale in Seattle Craigslist. Your in Portland so stick to your own City/State and manage your adds better.
