The salesperson, Sean was a nice guy. However, Im just going to leave this review here to warn people about the dealership. So, I was going to check out a 2013 Subaru BRZ that was listed for $9999 with 33k miles. I called the dealership and the person told me that the car was rebuilt because it only had quarter panel damage. And it was being listed at such a low price because the tailight was cracked and the stitches of the passenger seat were coming off. This all sounded fine to me so I went to check it out. When we got there, we checked everything out. And the sales person kept telling us how "transparent" he was being, but we noticed that there was much more than quarter panel damage because the two fenders and the back quarter panel had been replaced. It was pretty visible because the paint job was awful on the parts that were replaced. So we didnt end up buying it, which is fine. It was listed at a very low price, but its just very questionable what kind of accident that car had been in. Couldve been a good deal or maybe not, either way, they buy cars from auctions and rebuild them. All Im going to say is, if youre going to check out a car here, pay close attention to details. The cars might be cheap, but remember that they have most likely all been in accidents and have been rebuilt. Whether its a good rebuild or not is up to you to decide.

I went in interest in 2013 subaru brz limited. They have the ad listed as a clean title and I test drove it and loved it. Right before I was about to pay for it I asked to see the carfax. They came up with all the excuses in the book of why they couldnt show me but showed me a different history report. On the back page it said it was a salvaged title and was reported as a total loss due to flood damage. They then tried to sell me another brz that was the exact same except it didnt have the aftermarket exhaust and lip kit. I knew I wasnt going to buy it because they had already lost my trust but I bit anyways. They showed me old paperwork on it (I knew it wasnt legit) and they admitted to the last car having a salvaged title but swore up and down that this one was clean. They werent lying this time but instead were with holding the truth. I left and they tried to beg for me to buy it and said theyd take 2000 off the asking price for me to leave in it. I still left. I ran the Vin through car fax this morning just out of curiosity and it said it had no brands on the title but was also reported as a total loss for an unknown reason and the only reason it wasnt branded is because it was files in North Dakota and they have different requirements for branding titles. These guys are a bunch of scam artists dont even give them a chance.

Was going to buy a car here. Had some big body damage, no brakes and a bad battery - but I was willing to take the car As-Is for a low price. Had a deal set up with the Salesman (who even called Dean in front of me to ensure it was good terms & he approved the deal) but a few days later when I went to take delivery of the car and give the rest of the pre-determined/pre-approved amount, suddenly Dean did not agree with the pricing or the terms nor could he grasp the concept of letting me register the vehicle myself as I am an Alaska resident. I got a WA Dept of Licensing Supervisor on the phone right there in the office and they confirmed I was to do my own registration in my own state, but Dean still refused to allow it AND WANTED ME TO PAY HIM REGISTRATION FEES! I walked in with the amount I was told was my Balance, but ended up with the car being held ransom instead. I wanted it but ended up walking out instead. Still waiting to see if the Deposit refund comes through........thank god USAA has sworn to go to bat for me if it doesnt! Dean is rude, crass, unprofessional and seems to think HIS profit line is the customers problem. His word is worthless. He does not grasp how to sell to out-of-state Residents at all, so my fellow Military people: AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I bought a 08 Evo X and was very pleasantly suprised when I got home and gave it a thorough run down. The car has about $6,000 in aftermarket parts alone(cams, header, downpipe, uograded turbo, external wg, fuel rail, injectors, fuel pres reg, full suspension including sway bars and adjustable end links, forged wheels). It pulls hard and runs like a champ. I paid $16,100 out the door and got my loan through USAA. The car was in an accident and had some visible cosmetic damage but that didnt matter to me at the asking price of $14,999. The owner was happy to let me drive it and get a feel for it. A couple hours later I was the proud owner of this beast. From start to finish the entire process was very hassle free. He knew what kind of customer I was and didnt have to talk up the car. He has a lot of sports cars on his lot and told me some interesting stories of people trying to rip him off and giving him bad reviews on Yelp after they werent approved for a car they couldnt afford. Let this review be a lesson that you cant judge a book by its cover. Like any car purchase, you need to be financially prepared. Dont try to make your problem, theirs. give these guys a shot!

Horrible company. Dean the owner doesnt care about the cars he place you in. He is about $$$$. I bought a Honda from him and paid cash $4,300. The transmission went out after having it for little under then a month. Asked he will he allow me to get something else and he said all is willing to do would be trading it in. So I decided to do that hoping I would get a better car. So he only gave me $1,700 towards the new car. Smh... Not a fair deal considering how much I paid for it but I needed a car so I took the deal. Well the new car had transmission problems as well of a list of other major issues. Long story short he would not work with me and he just took my money. He came to pick up the car which Im sure he resold. I now have a 2016 so I didnt care he came to get it. No more junk car worries. EZ Auto is a rip off and you shouldnt buy here!!!!

I purchased a little Mazda 3 here. I have pretty rough credit, and quite a few places told me they couldnt do anything. Im glad I came here. Dean helped me out and was really professional. I saw a lot of the bad reviews here, and they dont really make sense to me. They dont sugar coat things and they talk to you like human beings, not salespeople. Maybe thats something they arent used to. Anyhow, they financed me through a bank with only 1000 down, and the car is awesome. I didnt feel the need to take the car to a mechanic or anything, and a few weeks after I purchased it I took it into my mechanic to have the oil changed. They looked over the car top to bottom without me even asking, and told me that the car literally needed nothing mechanically. I will definitely come here to purchase my next car!
