September 12, 2015 Dear Port Orchard Ford Sales & Parts Teams, I am a busy professional woman whose work region covers a large geographical area. I drove by and saw a car parked on the Port Orchard Ford car lot. A newer car has been in the very remote corners of my mind because of a growing 2.5 year old grandson, expanding work projects, & transport of equipment . I drove into the Port Orchard Ford car lot in a 2001 VW Beetle that served me well for years in economy, maintenance, but now was limited in size. I had no idea what cars were selling for these days, since car purchases are upon necessity. I looked at sticker prices, year, model, makes, colors & found interest in cars. In short time, as expected, I met up with a Car Sales Consultant, Michael Paulos who asked me, of course, “Did I need some help?” I asked Michael to tell me what he knew about the couple of cars of interest. I hadn’t intended to purchase a car so adjusting busy plans were potential challenges. In conversation, Michael & I exchanged information for more thought and details to take back home. I arrived home to ‘spring the news’ on the busy multi-family household of members to ask for flexibility & participation in my car interest. I returned back to Port Orchard Ford with husband, family pet, & a very busy two-year old grandson. Michael & the Sales Team kept a ‘running’ toddler safe in play, with several grown man playing like little ‘big brothers’, along with other 2-year old with fun activities. It was a sales event weekend, so many other fun things were present to distract and retain the interest of a discovering & exploring child. I re-visited the car lot multiple times, with/without members of family, including my grandson & I making comparison checklists toward the best purchase decision. I call out & praise the Port Orchard Ford Sales & Parts Team Members for making every connection a positive & safe experience for every one of my family. I am sending this testament of gratitude and thanks to these individuals who “eased my way” in a positive car purchase a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback. Thank you to Michael Carlos, the car consultant who met me to learn my car buying needs, ushered me throughout the car-buying process, while being patient & professional in attitude with myself, and other family members. Michael you are a great salesman working to connect with people to serve their needs. You honored our needs and treated us all, as your only concern & that is a measure of true excellence from a customer’s perspective. Thank you Ward Eckert, Parts Consultant, for overseeing purchase & sales details. Your referral & recommendation for best parts replacement extended warranty program was greatly appreciated. Ward went above/beyond to help ‘sync’ blue tooth android phone to the ‘hands-free’ car phone function. Thank you Nathan Bennett & Gary Lowery, Sales Consultants, for intercepting football game plays to include a ‘running’ 2 year old, down the stretch of parked cars & the occasional ‘show room’ tours to the kids play corner & donut-eating choices. Thank you Val Cummings for your time, while sitting at your finance desk. I appreciated your explanations of the extended warranty program details & the ‘gap’ insurance protection plan. Your time management skills are remarkable. Especially, at the end of the buying experience-day as the last stop in the process. This is my third car purchase at Port Orchard Ford for a quality sale, and I would definitely endorse Port Orchard Ford to others. With Sincere Appreciation & Thanks, Gary E. Olson, MSN RN Providence Health, Senior and Community Services Director of Quality for Skilled Nursing Services & Assisted Living Communities Manchester, WA Resident

My last two experiences with Bruce Titus Ford produced excellent results. Experience #1: About a year ago I took my 95 F150 in to check on an oil leak. I previously had my main, transmission and oil pan seal replaced and the oil pan seal started slowly leaking — maybe 4 drops per day. It had been over a year since the seal had been replaced, so the warranty had expired. That is a very expensive seal to replace, so I asked to speak with the service manager since the seal should last for many years. After discussing the problem and circumstances, he simply said "your business is important to us, so what would make you feel happy". I was willing to pay 1/3 what the cost should have been, said that and he said OK — we shook hands and the job was done excellently. Five stars for the service manager and mechanic. Afterwards we examined the removed seal again and saw it had a manufacturing flaw. Experience #2. Still driving my 95 F150. (I am the original owner, and I tend to do preventive maintenance, so the truck is still very reliable.) I decided to replace my headlight units because they contained condensation moisture — I felt this affected they capacity for transferring light from bulb, to reflector, through lens and onto the road since the glass was translucent instead of clear. I ordered to light units online and thought of installing these myself like I had the tail-lights. It turned out to be a complicated job since each front unit contained three separate lights plus trim. They required removing interior components and the front grill. I could have done this, but I decided to ask Bruce Titus what they would charge me to install the lights I had purchased from someone else. Their price was very reasonable ($49.95), so I made an appointment. About an hour after dropping the truck off, I received a call from the service rep who asked me if I wanted all three lights installed on both sides. I said yes, all lights plus the trim package. I did not ask how much extra this would cost since my impression was the price would be higher since the original quote was talking about just the main head light and not the other two plus trim (on each side). The final charge for installing both complete headlight units came to $59.95. The final bill came to $103.54 which include the headlight units installation, complete diagnostic analysis and report, oil and filter change and truck wash. Now how in the heck can you beat that on top of getting your appointment the day after asking, and they stayed until after 6:00pm because I could not make it in before the service desk closed. Thank you Bruce Titus Ford — Ill be back...

For two years now, my husband and I have kept our eyes out for a SUBARU Outback. We have shopped at different car lots all across Kitsap and Pierce Counties. No Salesperson has been as fantastic as Tiffany Sharp. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we made a bee line toward the car we were looking at online earlier that morning. Tiffany immediately ran out to meet us at the car and followed thru with a low pressure test drive with all our questions answered. If she couldnt immediately answer any questions we had, she would bring up the answers later in our visit. She was genuine and such a pleasure to do business with. Tiffany worked with us on financing until we decided to go home and sleep on it so we could crunch numbers in depth and insure the best possible win win deal. We returned the next day and after a few hours waiting around enjoying the coffee, being patient, we were paired up with a finance specialist upstairs. Of course it wasnt completely hassle free, what with the offers for insurance and extended warranties coming our way but the gal who helped us upstairs was very good at explaining why she was asking questions like "how long do you plan on owning this vehicle?. In the end, buying a car here still had a few bumps in the road. For example, when it came to things like the list price being "fat fingered" ..increased by $1,000 and then the waiting game and being asked to sign papers before we had the financing figured out. After it all we decided that the friendly customer service paired with the good deal we got on the used car felt right and so we made the purchase. Overall we are satisfied with the way this location handled the sale and LOVE our new car and are happy with the APR we got. Thanks again to Tiffany. I hugged her twice after the sale and she even came out to spot clean the car before we drove it off the lot.
