As the other reviews here have noted, Columbia Ford Chrysler Hundai is a great place to get ripped off. I went there to look at a passenger van. The salesman gave me the usual lines about how it was being looked at by other people, etc. However, it hadnt moved in quite awhile because the dirt stains from the rain where it had sat forever were quite apparent. This is what I noticed wrong with it when I took it for a test drive: 1. The rear bench seat was missing. 2. Although advertised as having rear a/c, it was broken (wouldnt even turn on). 3. Both the driver and passenger reclining levers were broken. 4. The rear-inside panel covering the missing tire jack and handle was also missing. Im sure I could have found a lot more wrong with it, but wasnt really interested much after that. I told them if they could give me a really good deal, Id overlook the false advertising and missing faults with the vehicle. After dealing with all of that, the manager was a jerk. He wouldnt negotiate at all and told me he did plenty of business to sell the thing without me. He acted like he was doing me a favor by even speaking with me. I could tell he was only interested in doing business with people he could really rip off. I add my experience to those already listed in saying: AVOID THIS PLACE

We went to columbia ford to look at a used chevy colorado that was described to me as "very clean" over the phone. after making the 45 minute drive we were helped by the same man from the phone call. He never once showed us the truck, all he wanted to know was about our trade in and how much money we made. He talked down to us and kept giving us this weird " stare at us over the top of his glasses" look followed by deep sighs. he asked us if he could look at our car, so we gave him the keys. next thing we know we see our car driving out of the lot. During the 25 minutes that he vanished with our car to god knows where, i was able to walk out and look at the mildewish, mossy truck that smelled like a flood. when he finally returned form his un-permitted trip he walked in and said "Sorry but theres nothing we can do for you guys, come back with more money". If you like someone talking down to you and doing there best to make you feel the size of an ant, then columbia ford and their poster child Chris Dixon are for you. We stopped in Woodland at Lewis River Motors on the way home and got twice the money for our trade that col ford would give us, a better looking truck in much better condition, and way way way friendly service. Im a happy customer, just not at this place. P.S. Thanks Ryan

I wish I could give no stars... I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. They are the type of sales people that give car sales persons a bad name! My boyfriend and I drove one way 45 min to look at a Ford F150. When we got there Matt did tell us that the vehicle we were interested was just washed by him but he neglected to tell us that there were several scratches on the vehicle. We continued to shop and went inside. At this point Matt told us that his manager was giving us the signal that they needed to close. It was 5:20 pm...on the phone Matt told me that they were open till 6pm. Really...kicking customers out that were planning on spending $40,000 on a truck. Either this dealership needs a new manager or they will not be in business much longer especially in our economy. Beware of visiting this dealership. Only go if you want to be treated poorly. Advice to Matt I hope you are reading this because you need to learn a lesson. Call your customer if you are planning on closing early because we could have come up another day. Driving 45 min one way was a complete waste of mine and my boyfriends time!

If you think their sales department is bad...try their service...or better yet, DONT!! My original estimate was for about $220 to replace a crack shaft sensor...brought it in with just a check engine light...they fixed that and then in didnt start...Hmmm???Maybe because your uncertified mechanics screwed up my car...Needless to say, they took my engine apart, didnt use proper sealeat, destroyed a relay switch and an electronic control module for a mere $1000 bucks!! After I called Nissan Corporation, the Attorney General and the BBB, they agreed to let Olympia Nissan fix my car...but then here is the kicker...They told me that I had 3 wheelbearings going out. The really bad one was the right front and two in back as well for an estimate of $1200..Well, took it to my honest hometown local mechanic and he said that only the left front needed replaced...WOW...what a bunch of friggin liars!!! My best suggestion is to not go there...tell your friends to stay away and never ever have your car serviced there. My car started leaking oil after their mechanics screwed it up...it will cost you major $$$ and headaches!!!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. I told the staff what I was looking for and they brought it in from another dealership for me to look at without any commitment. When I arrived to look at the car it was clean inside and out and was sitting up under cover. The sales associate (Andy) was busy finishing up with another customer when I arrived to look at and test drive the car so the manager (Mike) got me the key fob and a dealer plate and let me take it for a test drive. There was no person in another room who the sales person had to go talk to about a deal. The sales associate found me all of the rebates I qualified for and made sure I recieved them. The financial department provided me with great service as well and worked to ensure that I was treated fairly. Andy showed me around the maintenance department and set up my first oil change on the house. They have even continued to contact me and ensure I am happy with my purchase. This is not your typical dealer! The experience is stress free and they take great care of you! I will definitely be returning in the future! -Jessica Marsh

I had been looking for a manual elantra in Ca for a few weeks, with no luck and very little help from the dealerships in my area. After doing an internet search I came across Columbia Ford in Longview. Kari got back to me and answered all my questions quickly. I was a little apprehensive about buying a car over the internet, but she helped me out, sent me all the information I needed, answered all questions (I had a lot), and kept me up to date with what was going on. She was the reason I ended up buying a car from Columbia. If it wasnt for Kari, I probably would have gone some place else. I thank her, and Tim, the salesman I also worked with, for not telling me no and going the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. Thanks guys I love my new car!

I had returned home following left leg amputation that was supposed to be a knee replacement. Our 2010 Tucson was too small for the wheel chair and much else. We talked with the dealer and they drove 75 miles to pick up our motorhome and bring it back here for a tradein along with the Tucson. Never have we experienced the kind of service provided by the dealers staff! They arranged for financing, handled all the paperwork is short order and we left the dealership in a new 2013 Explorer XLT that afternoon. What a tremendous crew! Without their willingness to bring our motorhome back for a tradein, we would never have been able to make the switch in such a short period of time. We also bought the Tucson from the same dealer new.
