Absolutely great! Super Americas prices were excellent and the car selection was good. The most impressive and reassuring aspect of Super America are the people who own and operate it. Right out of the Boy Scout manual: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind. I tend to be a skeptical shopper, and my previous experiences shopping for used cars (or new) were quite different. This is very much a family operation; Lucino and his kids exemplify honesty and sincerity, adjectives I wouldnt normally associate with used car dealers. Let me back up this praise with the particulars. We had been shopping for a used Subaru for our son as a college graduation gift and had visited numerous dealers up and down Aurora Avenue (and Craigslist calls, etc). On our first visit to Super America I told Lucino our budget and our wishlist and we looked at a couple vehicles, but they were not quite right. Just the same, I left there feeling like Lucino was a real decent guy. A week later he called me and said he had just gotten a 2002 Subaru Outback he thought we might like. It wasnt even listed or inventoried, but he had driven it, their mechanic had inspected it, and it was in excellent condition. We drove down (from Whidbey Island!) immediately and took it for a spin. It seemed absolutely perfect, but I am cautious and Lucino heard my concerns. He showed me the CarFax on the vehicle and encouraged me... I must emphasize this... he ENCOURAGED me to take it to an independent mechanic for any inspection, gave me a phone book and suggested some local shops. When none could take a look that day, he offered to drop the car off wherever I chose and pick it back up! Incredible. Absolutely incredible!!! We just bought that car, a one-owner 2002 Subaru Outback, for a great price. The bottom line is that the next time I need a car, I am going directly to Super America!

Super America Auto is the best. I bought a truck as is that they had recently recieved. I was the first to view it actually. A check engine light popped up the next day. Got the reading on it and found there was a minor and major air intake leak. So I bought a gas cap to see if it would fix it. They told me bring in the truck when you can and they will fix it. In the meantime, bank called and asked if truck was fine, I saud yes and they approved the loan. Gas cap didnt work so I took the truck back on Friday. They had smoked out and fixed the leaks by Sunday. When I picked the truck back up the heater actually worked and they replaced the old wiper blades without even telling me. They charged me nothing for all the work they put into making the truck work properly. A+ service, I will recommend to everyone. Plus all their vehicles are very well detailed with a shine. Ty you very much, top notch. P.S: They also handled the ordering of tabs and plates☺

Lou was friendly and honest which was great. I showed up late on a Saturday after searching all of Lynwood and Aurora and had my eyes on a Subaru Forester. Being exhausted and it being dark I decided to come back the next day to get a fresh look at the car. After taking it on a brief test drive the ball bearing failed on the car to where it was almost undrivable. Lou got on the phone with oriellys right then and set the part up for being delivered. I went exploring for other vehicles with no luck. When I was about to head home Lou called saying he had fixed it and itwas ready for another test drive. This time everything ran great and I took it out for about 20mins. For the money I got a great deal on what I drove home with. The car overall is solid and has great paint and interior. The only things keeping this from a 5 star is that I didnt notice the passenger key hole is busted and the rear hatch is a different key Lou didnt have.

Would recommend this place to anyone. This family owned business is very honest and trustworthy. I recently purchased a car and a few days later wanted to trade it in for a different one because I wasnt sure about it anymore and they did whatever it took to help me feel comfortable with the second purchase I made. Its no back and forth let me get my manager to answer that question for you or my financial manager to answer that question like other dealerships you go to. But straight foward. They got me Low payments that I could also afford which helps me a lot towards building my credit. They are a very nice family, would def purchase another vehicle from them in the future. And I usually dont write reviews for dealerships, but Luciano is a very nice man, and a good business man to work with.

One of the best car places there is in North Seattle! I bought my Saab 9-5 from here and have been loving it ever since. They are very respectful people and they are willing to work with you based on your circumstances. I dont have the best credit but they were able to get me off the lot in a car that day! I got told no at several others places and at Super America it seemed like they really cared about getting me into a car. They also have been great with minor fixes like oil changes or tire repairs which is great when the car is expensive to get fixed. They also give you a warranty on the car for about to first couple a months to give you some headspace just in case the worst happens :) Overall, this is my best option "go-to" dealer to buy a new or used car! They also buy cars for cash!!

This dealership deserves more credit than they receive! I purchased my first car here and thanks to the employees it was a very fast, pleasant, painless, and even enjoyable experience for me. Lu, the manager/owner was so friendly and helpful. I stopped at numerous dealerships before landing at Super America, and none of them did for me what Lu did. I told him what kind of car I was looking to buy and my budget and he gave me all my options and made it work for me. I felt he honestly had my best interest at heart and not just trying to sell me a car. Which in my opinion is what matters the most when you are purchasing a car! Also he has an awesome mechanic that does work on my car still. Everything about this place is nice & friendly. would refer anyone here!
