Heres my story with carhop. Age of 21. Have a job that Ive been working at for a year. Ad been taking buses my whole life. As I was becoming full time worker. I was in desperate need of a car. So for weeks going from dealership to dealership everyone of them said no due to my credit situation. From college to Medical bills. Well as time went by I was in the urge of giving up. Had only 350$ at the time and was just desperate. Then there was a commercial for carhop. And indeed I was like okay if this is true that they can help me with as little down. Then what the hell lets give it a try. Not even one day after I get a phone call from them asking me to come in the next day. Well just at 10am I came in and spoke with Julie. Nervous and all an explaining my situation. She says no problem and says she will work with me as much as possible. Then she showed me a 99 prizm that fits me for i needed fuel economy for work and all. She asked me if I have anything I can put down and I said yes only 320$ and she said go ahead and do a test drive so I went and did and came back she got me approved and I drove off the same day with tears and all due to I finally got a vehicle that fits my needs and had no problems. As a proud owner of my vehicle had it for a year. As I got Better job within that year I thought to go ahead and do a trade in with them for my second car, and was needing for a SUV with my car almost paid off I said it couldnt hurt to go back and see what I can move up in as a bigger vehicle. Well there was this 2001 Chet blazer in such emaculant conditions. Well with the help of Jay and Julie and the whole crew they again took in my prizm and got me into my current vehicle 01 blazer. In great condition I love this car even when I had minor mechanical problems it was then July, Jay, Ivars, and Ali helped me make it possible when my vehicle was down and couldnt pay my bill at the times. I will always go to them and always seek education on financial stability when it comes from problems with my vehicle to the cost of my vehicle to the payments where I am no longe having to go through the craze and hassle of being a proud owner of my vehicles and looking forward for future business. This company will never treat you any less for what ever situation your in. They are about the needs of tree customers and clients. And I grew with them for 3 years and not once I got a know. Its all about the yes and see what I can do. And still give you that comfort in still finding ways in helping you

I am using my wifes account. The customer service at this Branch specifically have been splendid. I wouldnt have been able to buy a car if it wasnt for Jay and Aaron. Jay especially went above and beyond to assist me and believe me, I do appreciate it very much. I also believe that he can only do so much. Please do not take this personal but am merely here to leave a review of my experience after I bought the car. I bought a 2007 MTZ Lincoln. 2 days after a drove the car home I noticed an issue with my car. When I am driving, the car jerks now and again. When I am at the crossroad light waiting to change light to green, upon tapping on the speed to move forward i heard a loud sound and that is the car jerking forward. At times I almost run into the car in front of me if I am not careful. So I brought it to the attention of Carhorp and they asked me to keep driving and on the day before the money back guarantee expires I came and told them that I would have to return the car. Unfortunately I was verbally assured that they will fix the car for me. Thereafter, the car was giving me the same problem. Here the arrangement was made to have the car fixed. Taken to different shops but the problem still exist. One of the mechanics suggested it be taken to the manufacturer Ford. The diagnose was to have a new transmission. I was told that it is expensive to take to Ford but take it to a smaller one. I was told that even the transmission bought, they are not aware of how much milage have been used. May be because it is second hand they want to repair it with second hand. I am paying big bucks for this second hand car and I was not given the satisfaction to have a new transmission installed. This issue led on to other issues and one day the car just would not start. Towed it to the shop and asked to have it fixed before I can continue my payment. Still I was told that I need to pay the days it was with the mechanic. Where is customer satisfaction? Not every car would have issue. Why then was I not assisted to buy a brand new transmission to put in the car. My wife bought a Chevy 2003 TrailBlaizer and had issues too. But they kept their word and fixed the 6 cylinders, my wife happy and paying for the car. All I am asking is to repair the car and I continue my payments or I return the car in good favor because I was sold a car that had an issue and when return within the period guaranteed, I was verbally assured that it will be repaired. THANK YOU

I havent even had the car a year. Took it to their mechanic who does the warranty work after Jiffy lube said there were 2 leaks after a routine oil change and I noticed a big puddle under the car. After taking it to their mechanic its even more messed up and now says reduced engine power and the check engine light is on. Before taking it to their mechanic it never said this message and had plenty of power. After taking it to Oreillys to scan the code it came up as needing a replacement of the acceleration pedal sensor. I looked closer at the pedal and it was wobbly and had fresh white paint marks on the pedal and missing a bolt. I could not accelerate over 40mph either. I drove this car for 7 months before taking it to their mechanic they do warranty work with and had no problems like that and find it more than a coincidence that this happened after getting it back from the shop. Every time I call Car Hop Im told someone will call me back. Every time I called Ryan at Lynnwood Auto and Tire Im told to call Car Hop. At least the car was drivable before bringing it to their mechanic. I tried to schedule a time to bring it in after finally being told everything wrong with it and was told by the mechanic he was too busy. Shortly after getting the reduced power and check engine light message the battery completely died. Replaced the battery and it still reads this message. Repairs needed are over $1,000. I owe over $12,000 on this car and am told it has a trade in value of minimum $3,000. What a joke. I only took it to their mechanic after discovering the leak because I figured it would be covered under their warranty they talk about so much. Instead my car was messed with and is now in worse condition than before and has not been driven for almost 2 months due to the acceleration issues and not wanting to blow a head gasket. I still make my $460 a month payments and havent missed one. Dont buy from here! The cars are lemons and money pits. Save your money and go somewhere else. Car went out right before Christmas. If I could I wouldnt even give them 1 star rating. This is not a place you can trust and neither are their mechanics they are contracted with for warranty work. Makes me sick they treat hard working people like this because their credit needed work.
