In my Personal opinion I would not recommend Elegant auto, I had purchased a Toyota Tacoma 2006 over the Internet with Chris and Brian, paid for it in full via wire transfer, their false adverstising stated that this truck was ready for anything I could throw at it and claims this vehicle had been very well maintained. I was picked up at the airport in my truck, it smelled like dog so bad it made me want to get out but felt I could clean that up with a shampooing, once at the dealership I looked over the truck, it had several bolts missing from the wheel wells and inside the vehicle, it was even missing the passenger side visor, I noted all of this to Chris so he went over to a newer Tacoma on the lot and pulled out a visor and put it into my truck, he then told me to go and get a list of parts for the truck and they would pay for them, well on the way to Ashland Or the back right tail light fell out and dragging on the ground, I called Chris and explained what had happen, he said get it replaced and they would pay for it, I had enough at this point and took it to Lithia Toyota in Medford for a once over, the report and inspection revealed that my truck required $5032.00 in repairs, Chris and Brian failed to disclose the collision the truck had incurred. I called Elegant again and asked for Chris, was sent to Brian and was told they would get back to me by the end of the day or the following day, I waited till the following day until 4:30 pm, still no call so I called them, I spoke with Brian and the storm began, Brian had the inspection in his hands and refused to honor the damages that were on the vehicle at time of sell and had falsely hidden these facts from me, I gave him several opportunities to take responsibility for the truck and he refused, he offered to pay for the rear differential and front right shock that needed rebuilding and replacing but I refused and wanted a full refund. Brians arrogance and using his wife as an attorney as a legal shield to poor behavior plus using peoples trust just got him into hot water. Legal matters are coming about for this Dealership, states attorney and BBB will be notified, if you have been swindled by this Dealership and people who work there, please contact legal advice, these people have been doing this for a long time, they need to learn integrity, honesty and above all, respect for those who patron their Dealership, those who put a meal on their tables for their children and familys to eat and live, THE PAYING CUSTOMER

I purchased a 2006 Subaru WRX from Mike in May of 2015. I am definitely credit challenged, without a doubt. Mike took on the challenge and got me approved for this car. Because it was used, I did run across some issues that were not foreseeable and fixed them, not holding any kind of grudge against the dealership. A year later I am attempting to purchase another vehicle from them because I know that they will definitely try their best to get me into something bigger and more realistic for my family. I mentioned these issues to Mike and Chris (who has started with the dealership since I worked with them a year ago) and I was immediately questioned about how come I didnt bring it to their attention right away and they could have worked with me on the repairs that were needed. I suppose I didnt even think of it because I didnt have an extended warranty and I assumed it wasnt their problem anymore, I was wrong. They would have helped me no matter what. Since then, I have referred my cousin, Mother and Father in law as well as Sister and brother in law to purchase vehicles for their families because that is how much I trust these guys. We are an Elegant Auto family and are pleased with our purchases. These guys will cater to most likely anything the customer requests, as Ive seen in personal experience. I cant wait to work with these guys again and will tell anyone who asks :)

As many we started online looking at online listings, as we made our list we headed out to start the search in person. We ended up on Mcloughlin as it was local and had several dealers that had the cars we were most interested in. By afternoon we had visited several different dealers and had several different experiences.some good and some not so good. As we moved into the evening time we were getting tired, however found a small dealer we almost missed! We were very surprised how we were treated, let us look around without someone standing over us or bothering us but helpful and available when we needed them. All the inventory seemed to be in very nice condition and had many different options available(for a smaller dealer). We ended up finding a vehicle that the family all agreed on. Negotiations were fast and easy(almost non-existent). We feel like we were treated as honored guests and felt we left with a fair deal. Overall very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to send friend or family! Thank you so much for a great buying experience!

we were looking for a nice family car and found this ad on craigslist for a Volvo Cross country. I searched online and their price was the best so I called the dealer and talked to the sales man , he sounded very nice and honest and told us all about the car. I liked his honesty and made an appointment with him to go and check out the car. We got there little late but the car was still available and he gave us the key to test drive it. he wasnt pushy at all . he even offered us the carfax report and everything was as he had told me on the phone except that the CD Player needed the security code and wasnt working at that time (he got the code for us later on). after the test drive we offered him $200 less than their asking price ,he called the owner and got an O.K from him. after all it was a nice and smooth transaction. we are really happy with the car. I highly recommend this place if you dont want to waste your time dealing with pushy and not so honest other dealers.

We purchased an 04 Ford F350 from Elegant Auto and we absolutely love the truck! This dealership is worth checking out, they are so friendly, NOT PUSHY, very helpful and made out buying experience a great one! We came from about 200 miles away and would do it over again in a heart beat. Havent ever come across another dealership that was so "NON-Shady" they are straight forward on their prices and what they can or cant do. Nothing seemed fishy or alarming as it normally does with car dealers! There was a back up sensor out on the truck we purchased and of course they didnt HAVE to do anything about it as we were purchasing it "as is" but the salesman we worked with (Mike) had 4 new ones ordered and delivered to our house! We never even had to sit down to do the paperwork, there were so organized and quick about it! Definitely one of the few honest used car dealerships out there! Highly recommend stopping in there if you are in the market for a vehicle :)
