Where should I begin... So I bought my 2014 Mitsubishi OutLander from here EXACTLY 1 month ago. The Sales person Earl was RUDE. I felt very pressured and rushed to choose the vehicle and leave. He did not have the gas key so I did not get my free first full tank. I then financed extra money to get different wheels put on the truck, every set I chose was out of stock. when I left the lot I noticed a deep scratch on the drivers door, so I called the dealership and was told to return Monday and it would be fixed, they would fill my tank and do a full detail. I returned that Monday. my tires were still not in stock, the paint guy was off for the day, and the detail guy was sent home for the day. I did get my tank of gas though. what angers me so much about this situation is I CALLED PRIOR to driving one hour for these services. and I was not informed of any of this. So here I am 1 month later. I have sat in the service department waiting room since 10:30 (going on 4 hrs now) and only my paint has been fixed, and the floor has been lightly vacuumed, so no FULL detail. I have been informed by the service tech, that my wheels have yet to be dropped off by Fed Ex!!!! so needless to say I am LIVID! and greatly regretting purchasing a vehicle from Mitsubishi!!!! if I could undo this.. I would!!!! Do not! I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from them if you want good customer service!!!!

I havent purchased the car yet, but plan to this weekend... I have been shopping for a new auto for a while now. It seems that every dealership I have visited in person and also on line, wanted to play the high pressure game. That may work with some, but I like to make up my own mind. Some places I had received up to 12 different emails and 8 phone calls per day. Not impressive. Mabe those dealerships are just that desperate. HERITAGE MITSUBISHI....Everyone has been so nice, helpful and very informative. Answered all of our questions, even if the answers werent to their advantage or benefit in helping them sell a car. I am sure they want to make a decent commission, earn a living and make a sale, but NO HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS. Great attitude, follow ups and they really went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at a price we could afford.... I will recommend them to everyone that is interested in buying a different auto.... Thanks so much to: TIM and JEREMY :-}

Very good at the sale but horrible customer service. I bought my truck on Saturday evening and it went into the shop on Monday and is still there as of Thursday. Neither Antonio nor Rocky, the general manager, were helpful with this issue and I had to take the vehicle to Patterson Dodge myself to get it serviced. Luckily the vehicle is still under the manufacturers warranty. The didnt feel obligated to compensate me in any way for the headache and inconvenience this caused me. I encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to shop elsewhere.

TRADED IN MY VEHICLE, FOR ONE OF THEIRS.. THEY OFFERED ME 19K FOR MY VEHICLE.. AND ONLY GAVE MY BANK THE PAY OFF WHICH WAS 12K.. SO THEY STOLE 7K FROM ME.. THEN, THE VEHICLE I TRADED MINE FOR WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION.. IT HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM.. AND THEY TRIED TO ACT LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT.. THIS WAS ALL BEFORE I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDNT PAY ME THE FULL AMOUNT FOR MY TRADE IN. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. EVERYTHING THEY DO AND SAY IS A LIE!!!!!!!

I purchased my car here 3 years ago. Never tried to buy me into purchasing a car I didnt like, which I experienced at Crown Kia. They are the only dealership that doesnt talk to you just for your money. I only get my oil changes here and wait less than an hour every time. Love the service, and the atmosphere is very friendly with helpful employees. I always recommend Heritage Mitsubishi. Satisfaction guaranteed!

They are very helpful and try to get you what you want. The service dept also is great. I would recommend them to have their vehicle serviced there. Great dealership to purchase a vehicle.

Extremely great service. We bought a 2015 Outlander SEL in February of 2015 and we absolutely love it. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.
