The worst service ever. They promised to make an inspection on my car in two hours, $200. They took everything out, checked, and told me it will cost me $1800 more to fix and replace some parts. I did not agree with them to replace the parts so I told them that I will drive my car to other service provider. They became unhappy and said I have to pay $100 more for them to put seats back. I could not believe what I heard and I was totally pissed off. Shouldnt they just return me the car as it is after the so-called inspection service? I again told them not to do anything. I would save this $100 since another provider may have to open it and check my car too. Seriously, if you go to a doctor for chest pain, the doctor provided you a $200 inspection service, after two hours, he opened your chest, checked, said you need to pay $1800 more, or $100 to close your chest, what will you think?

Sales team was professional and willing to work and meet all of our our needs. I was in contact with four Houston Toyota dealers and after numerous emails and phone calls I chose this specific Toyota dealership due to their level of professionalism and willingness to make a fair and competitive offer for a new 2016 4runner. Excellent service! Bart Dunn and Dave Becker worked with my wife and I to get the right vehicle for us and make sure we were happy with our choice. The purchase process was friendly, courteous, and painless. Ive purchased Toyotas from larger dealerships before, and the process was much more aggressive and painful. No high pressure sales tactics at Classic Toyota Galveston. These folks really know how to treat their customers! I will definitely purchase from them again and will recommend them to anyone I know interested in a Toyota.

Women beware. My wife took her Tacoma here for a rear leaf spring recall. They screwed up her suspension and are now trying to make her pay for it. Thats after they told her that her air filter, front brakes, and headlights need replaced. Predatory practice if you ask me.

Good deal and well supported. We had to remind them and follow up on some details of the sale, but in the end we got the deal we negotiated. They have called us from time to time to see if we have taken our car in for scheduled service. Weve had a good experience here.

Horrible at best. I am not one to vent but STAY AWAY, fixed my vehicle without permission, had to call Toyota (Corporate) to get answers and had to pay double what it would have cost me elsewhere. BEWARE!!!
