My name is Eduardo Najera and I am with KC Car Gallery. I am responding to the last review made. I am the one who sold them the car. They were going to purchase the car as a cash deal, than they opted to get it financed. We did the paperwork and the new owner agreed to all the terms, she signed and drove her new vehicle home. This was on a Saturday, come Monday they showed up because they wanted to pay there vehicle off, saying that we changed the price. We didnt change the price, they just didnt want to pay the sales tax. we are a dealer in Kansas and in this state you pay the taxes when you purchase the vehicle. We did all we could to satisy our customer. Our finance manager sat down and talked to them to meet their needs. i myself am Hispanic, This business does not discriminate against anybody. We welcome all people, no matter their race, religion or sexual orientation.

Kc car gallery is the place that cares about there customers. Ive always been leary about used car salesman. James Shenabauger was my salesman, he spent well over 3 hours listening to my needs as I am a disabled and in a wheelchair so it was a challenge to get around to look at the lot. James personally brought what thought was a good match to me as he made it comfortable for me the whole visit , not only mine but I had brought a friend with me so he juggled both of our needs and made it fun for both of us. By the end of the day we were both very comfortable and not stressed out and considered not just a car but a friend in James that we had made! I just want everyone to know if they are scared to purchase a car because of past experiences look no further than to see JAMES AT THE KC CAR GALLERY!

I am a sales representative with KC Car Gallery. This is in response to Kimberly Matlock. I am sorry she was not satisfied with our customer service. I feel we went above and beyond our duty to provide customer service to her. Kimberly failed to mention that we at KC CAR GALLERY provided (her son because that is who the car was for) a car to drive for the entire time we addressed all issues with the car. She also failed to mention we covered the entire bill of $3300. She also forgot that the issues with the car were actually not part of the warranty and the warranty was expired as well. I do my best to take care of my customers. I take great pride in doing so. unfortunately you can not satisfy all of them no matter how hard you try

I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe...its my favorite car Ive ever had. I purchased it from Kc Car Gallery and after the excellent care I recieved from this dealership I will only by from this business. My salesman was James, he was so charming and pressure free. I worked with him for 3months and he said to trust him and he would put me in the perfect car. Well James came through I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He even delivered the car to my house on his day off because I had no transportation

Amazing! I have had my eye on the Red Hot Volkswagen Rabbit and KC Car Gallery made my dream come true. It is mine now. Salesman, James, was so helpful. He was willing to let me test drive and take to my own mechanic to check it out. The car checked out perfect! So back to the dealership I went and the deal was done! Horrible place to purchase a car. Tried to sell me a vehicle with 3000 dollars worth of damages, brakes roders rusted & busted, car had $1000 dents and scratches & would not fix it before sold to me! Do not BUY here! Scam artist. Told me one price & after I test drive it & told Mike I wanted the vehicle he raised the price 2 Grand more! Single mom of 3 & he did not care, Avoid this place!!!!!

I trusted them with my first car buying experience and they sold me a broken car. Took it to a garage I trusted and was told there was 4,000 dollars in repairs needed. Went back to have them fix it by their mechanic and they failed not once but FOUR separate times of having me bring it back and forth. Still not fixed, check engine light is still on.

I went to go buy a car and they asked for a down payment and when I went to go back to pay the rest they said a different price. They lied about the price and i ended up paying more. I felt discriminated for being Hispanic. I dont recommend buying cars from there
