Its been 9 months since I have purchased my Infiniti G35; which is a car that I have always wanted..and Coney & V Auto Sales happened to have the most beautiful G35 White exterior and black interior that I have ever put my eyes on! It was Exactly what I was looking for..the right color inside and out....moon roof...heated seats...it is a loaded car. Most cars look good in the pictures...however this car looked as good in person as it did in the pictures. When I came to see the car, Coney & V had already put new brakes, new tires and stabilizer links as well as upper control arms in the car. When I drove the car, it felt like it was BRAND NEW!!! In spite of the reconditioning work they did to this car, the price was really competitive with dealers that dont do anything! I am told by the owner Glenn, that this is the only Coney & V does business. Glenn is a no nonsense hands on owner that overseas the entire operation of Coney & V Auto Sales. He told me that his reputation is on the line every time he sells a car...so he truly cares! Getting back to the car, after a test drive..which turned into a longer test drive (as I did not want to stop driving it), my salesman Glen Katz gave me $500 off an already great price! I agreed to purchase the car for $7500 and to be totally candid with you...I have never been as happy with any car I have purchased new or used. I should also mention to you that every car in the lot was in near perfect condition..they were all nice cars...I recommend this dealership highly as they care about you and it shows.

I needed to purchase a used, inexpensive vehicle for my move from Brooklyn to Chicago. I had a few requirements, including price. But, the rest of my options were open. After searching Coney & V Auto Sales consistently had positive reviews with no negative comments I could find. After calling to confirm some information, I could understand why they are so well reviewed. I spoke with Alex over the phone. He was very courteous and helpful. He continued to work with me when I went to the lot to look at vehicles. Throughout the process, Alex was very helpful, patient, flexible and responsive. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything or looking at options outside of my requirements. Alex knows his inventory very well and was able to quickly get me to a short list. This is one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. I was able to quickly identify and purchase a vehicle, which I was able to load and drive from Brooklyn to Chicago without incident. I recommend this dealership to everyone. The only cons I noted are that the office is somewhat small. So, it is a little uncomfortable at times. And the selection, although broad, is relatively small. The website is a great resource to see everything available, which may not all be on the lot. I recommend reaching out to the team in advance and let them know what you want. That way, if they dont have it available at the time, they can let you know as soon as they do.

Went into buy a 1998 Lexus ES 300 priced at $2,500. I did not even have to test drive the car to know there was an oil problem, upon turning the vehicle on it wreaked of oil. After speaking with Mike, he explained they would get the car to par before my daughter and I took to the road on Christmas eve. I was patient and explained that even if it took a week, I was willing to wait. I waited a day beyond the estimated time of completion. When I called in, the guy said the car was ready but because it spent a day in the shop that it will cost more. Really, I called him out on it, I guess he figured because I was a female he could pull that selling a faulty car was ok and the repairs would have to be charged to me as part of the cost of purchasing a working vehicle. What a hustle that was, I could sue, based on the listing price the vehicle is still marked at $2500, though he lied as said the price was bumped up to $2900. Yes I became upset and told him I would tell everyone, that is when he told me he would sue me. That is my right, just as this review is my right. Their willingness to sell me a lemon and then try to charge me for the repairs before even purchasing the car shows the character of these guys. I would have been a customer forever, but now I would never recommend this place.

We purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer from Coney & V in late November. We traveled from South Central Pennsylvania and had to coordinate driving 250 miles in a terrible rain storm in our trade in along with paying off a loan; Alex worked extra hours to help all this go smoothly. After the transaction, Alex took the time to drive us to the train station so we could go to Manhattan to see a show and held the vehicle at their shop till the next day when we picked it up to drive home. About 15 miles from our home the Explorer was making a terrible noise. We called Coney & V who immediately worked with us to find a mechanic that they knew and trusted, but was close to our home. Coney & V contacted the shop and arranged for our car to be fixed immediately. We paid the invoice and within 5 days Coney & V had reimbursed us. It was unfortunate and unforeseen that the drive shaft went bad, but Alex & Mike worked with us and made this frustrating situation tolerable. It is scary purchasing a used car and especially so far from home… Coney & V were awesome and I can’t say enough to describe the pleasant respectful treatment we received. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing car dealer!!! I just sold my 2007 Lexus LS 460 (with only 33k on it!!) to Coney and V auto sales. As someone who knows a thing or two about the car business I can promise anyone who reads this review that this place is nothing similar to any car dealer you know. I dealt with Alex, very nice and easy person to make business with. He is very welcoming, efficient and fair. You dont get the feeling, like in most car dealers, that they are trying to take advantage of you or squeeze you. The atmosphere is very relaxing, nobody is pushing you, they give you enough time to think. When you are ready (personally it took me one week) they will keep their word and give you exactly what they promised. No hassle no games!! Also, as a seller the most important thing for you is to get a fair price for your car. Based on my experience, and on the experience of a friend who referred me to this dealer, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! It simply looks like this car dealer is in for the long run and wants to see you again, unlike other dealers that just will wait for the next "sucker"... Definitely recommended!!

This is a review that is one months over-due. Purchased my first car (a 2012 Nissan Altima) from this dealership at the end of December. As an international student who has only been in this country for a little over four years, purchasing a car in the States certainly gave me a lot of worries. But thanks to Coney & V Auto sales, everything went smoothly. And the car drives great. The sales person, Michael Suarez (I believe thats how his name is spelled), was very helpful. He took us for a test drive that lasted for over half an hour and then spent an hour accompanying us to get the vehicle for a third party inspection. Of course, the mechanics didt spot anything wrong with the car, said that its perfect. The other Michael, who bought this vehicle for this dealership from its previous owner in Florida, was also very nice. His most assuring words were (which I might have paraphrased), "I told our mechanics that this car should be good enough for my daughter to drive". Definitely would recommend this dealership.
