IF YOU WANT TO SPEND $50 ON A BEARDED DRAGON THAT WILL PROBABLY DIE WITHIN A WEEK THAN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!! Staff in charge of the reptile department clearly have no idea what they were doing.They have the bearded dragons...... which are dessert lizzards (shouldnt be in greater than 30% humidity) in a tropical tank with 85% humidity. If theyre goal is to figure out how fast they can kill 10 baby lizzards than Id say theyre doing a great job. Also none of the staff I pointed this out to could be bothered in the slightest. If I can find anyplace else that sells crickets I will never go back there again. The service is usually terrible and any money they get will perpetuate their killing of animals through their stupidity.

DON"T BRING YOUR PET TO VETCO!!!! On the recommendation of the person we bought our new Teacup Pomeranian puppy from, we brought her here for her first shots. The Petco/Vetco veterinarian (Dr. Fraser) was quite old, and I dont believe he could see very well - This SHOULD have set off my internal alarm! He was ANYTHING BUT gentle with her! He jabbed the needle into her neck so hard (and too deep I think) that she SCREAMED IN PAIN for HOURS!!!! I will NEVER - EVER go to a Petco/Vetco again! AVOID DR. FASER AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!!!!

I would like to thank Julie, who was so helpful and informative at the register and Joe who really came to our rescue in saving the day and providing probably one of the best customer service experiences I can really think of... My twins are so happy with their fish and again thank you to Julie and Joe for helping out and accommodating the mistaken cards, turning what could have been a teary eyed disaster into a successful first experience with our new pets! Keep up the fantastic good work, highly recommend your store and excellent staff.

Wish i could give no stars!!! Wish they would get shut down. Horrid reptile conditions snakes and lizards looked under fed and are way over priced. The fish area fresh and salt water were disgusting there was dead fish in almost all tanks and a few looked like they were there for a while. They should never be alowd to sell animals!!!

Disappointed with my recent Petco experience. My Syrian Hamster, Hamlet, was sold to me sick; it died within the first week. Also, when purchasing Hamlet, I asked the staff about proper exercise ball/cage sizes and was given wrong advice. If Hamlet would have lived, I would have had to re-buy all new stuff within another few months.

Will NEVER EVER buy anything saltwater related at this store ever again! Deplorable conditions! Sad, we used to buy fish and product at this store, over the last 10 years we have purchased at a minimim 500$ a year. Cant even look at those poor fish, it is wrong. They should not be selling fish at all.

Best fish and reptiles of any big box place Ive visited. Some oddly lacking selection of common stuff in the fish is made up for in a wide selection of less common animals. I also like that they have red tail boas more often than ball pythons, the boas make better pets.

Grade F-- Christine the manager REFUSED to accept my valid coupon and I spend so much money at this Petco location and to be treated like that is very disappointing. This is poor customer service to turn away a customer who has a valid coupon.

Just horrible. Most of the fish were unavailable, and the tanks were dirty. Plus the guy didnt know any of the fish, and was giving us the wrong prices.
