Im gonna go ahead and guess that the ladies that groom in Leominster are magicians. I have a cat that unfortunately is too big to groom himself properly (were working on it). The (few) times I tried to bath him myself it looked like a total massacre. I was SCARED for these ladies when my baby went to get groomed. I was waiting for the call that I needed to come get him because he sent people to the hospital (Im not kidding though, I WAS waiting for that call). I had someone else pick him up that day because I wasnt able to and it turns out he did great (wtf??) to quote the groomer "He was a perfect gentleman." SO I would suggest this to any and every cat owner that believes that bathing their cat is a suicide mission.

The store manager Karl was very rude. Their staff made fraudulent decisions on my receipt and when i went to return my product with receipt he denied me to return. Ev2zen though he admitted his employee overriding a key. It was disrespectful and rude and I couldnt believe how he treated us. And to think my pups were going for training there. Then we have to wait three business days to be able to speak to a district manager about our credit card and their fraudulent employees. We walked in peacefully and walked out in horror. Worst experience in my life. I will never ever bring my animals to this store.

I live at this store my vet is there and I use the grooming services. Every employee is kind and helpful. The Banfield pet hospital is great they remind you when your pet need shots and there pet insurance is affordable and covers everything you need for your dig and cat. My dog recently got neutered and they were great and my dog did great she had additional surgery at the same time to remove a hernia the surgery was complicated but they took care of it. The groomers are very friendly. They always do a great job and they are also very affordable. They do nail grinding for dogs it is worth it.

So happy with my experiences here. Ive always been a regular fish department customer, never had a bad experience in that department. I recently adopted a Roborovski Hamster and she is a gem; healthy and sociable, I couldnt have asked for a better pet. The staff here is actually knowledgeable about the animals and the animal products (here, I refer to the fish and small animal departments, since those are the two sections I have dealt with). Overall, extremely happy with the services here!

Speaking of grooming, they do a fantastic job! For only $45 ! My dog smells so lovely and clean. I was super satisfied! They give a full bath , nails clipped, and cut hair close to the butt. Going to get my dogs groom here again. Overall, services for Bandfield Pet Hospital & grooming are highly appreciated.

The work team at this location is amazing. I walk in with my dog and they all know him by name and give him treats. The women Ive met here go above and beyond for their customers and I cant ever see myself going anywhere else for my pet needs. Such happy friendly faces every time! Never a bad experience!

Overall the store is not bad, but the service is not up to par. Cashiers are slow and very chatty in a negative way (as far as subject matter goes). It is also very difficult to attract help at the service station by the aquariums. Needs improvement.

My cat was having health problems requiring a special diet.One of the employees spent 20 minutes helping me locate food that would be appropriate for his needs and his pickiness. Thankful for the kindness and help I was given.

Pets are welcome, great for adopting kitties. Lots of fish to choose from, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can buy a lizard to birds. Always clean.
