Not the employees fault if what they told me about their "system" is true. They claim to not be able to alter the # of items they have in their inventory to match their actual stock. This leads to them not being able to get items that customers need. I needed a cover for my tank, that they have a tag for. This item is hard to track down, and over month, since they are the only place that carries it within a reasonable distance, they could not order or get another in stock because the system (falsely) showed they still had one and they couldnt order another. The best they could offer me was to tell me to build one myself. Honestly, go to any other pet store on the planet if you can. If you cant, I hope your pets health doesnt depend on you getting what you need from there.

The cashier got someone special to help me cause I needed medicine for a 8week old pup. So she got a woman who she said was like a vet tech and would be the best to help. Then the lady comes over doesnt help at all tells me my dog is under 8 weeks and tell me SHE is a girl not a boy.. I ended up leavin and going to the vet I got medicine for her and confirmed she was a female.. petsmart should send these people to a basic class so there not clueless.

Okay, expensive, friendly workers, never have rodents like hamsters and such, good betta fish, nice 5-20 gallon tanks, have purchased dog clothes, leashes, pet food bowls, a 5 gal and a 10 gal tank, seems good.

Many products in a very friendly staff. You get what you pay for so if something might seem expensive I would still say Check reviews online because more likely than not it is worth it.

I feel things to be way over priced. Simple dog, leashes to treats. They have some really good stuff. But, nothing you couldnt find elsewhere for a way better price.
