It was very annoying trying to get hired here. When asking to speak to a manager, I was denied and was only allowed to speak to a cashier even though a manager was present. Managers also told me completely different things regarding the status of my application. At first, two managers told me to wait three weeks, then check back in. After three weeks, another manager told me I had to completely re-do my application. Unprofessional if you ask me. The store is large and clean, but the selection of animals for sale, as well as decor/ food for anything not a dog or a cat is very lacking.

Deb and Erin were amazing the entire time! I hope to see them everytime we come in to bathe our husky! Our husky completely wrecked the bath and I felt awful n tried to help pick up they put me at ease and didnt complain or make a face or huff they were smiles while cleaning up and treated us and our dog awesome!!! This is officially our new spot ❤️ I am very greatful and so happy to be at a place where people are actually super nice and genuine

Mohawk 4x4 Adventures

We pretty much love this place. We had purchased 5 hermit crabs and all of their supplies there. One crab needed to be returned because of a social issue and that was no problem at all, as promised. Our picture is of the sixth hermit crab, who for some reason, really likes one of our cats.
