I have been special ordering my cats and dogs food from Pet Supplies Plus in Medford for about 2 years now. I have a dog with IBS so consistency is key. Every once in a while Stacey or Jay would forget to order it or it just didnt come in. No big deal, stuff happens, and they always made sure they fixed it right away and apologize. Ever since the new manager started hes been full of excuses "oh it didnt come in"or "sorry I didnt order it". With NO apology, just blows it off. Its been WEEKS and Ive been slowly running low. I always order multiple bags so Im not stranded. Ive run out of that supply and I knew I would. I spoke to the manager when I bought the last bag. I told him this will last a week and a half and I MUST have this food. He proceeds to tell me "oh you can just feed the dog the cat food". NO! Its the same ingredients but its a different formula. He blew me off!!! Yesterday I had to feed my dog the cat food. He had a flare up late last night. Its already making him sick and I still cant get the jerk to do a simple order.... Id also like to say the rest of the management has been SUPER helpful even contacting another location to check for me AND he put in a special order through them to help me out.

I have been shopping here for years the employees are awesome. The Prices are always great and they price match wich is awesome. There animal care guy jason actually cares for there animals and they are always looking great. I have been to some of there other stores this one is one of the best. Only reason im giving 4 stars it is just getting rediculous with thier old out dated registers constantly going down . Im disappointed in the company that they havent upgraded thier registers like thier other stores i have been too.
