Yo Mama

The manager treats there employees awfully. I remember asking for help and the Manger ignores me and walks over to an employee across the store and in a loud manner yells and says why is this person asking me for help. Making things awkward for me and them. I remember being there and hearing a girl saying the managers made her cry before. I hope they can change management seeing as I can only travel to this location and would appriciate a genuine visit rather than hide from there aggressive manager. Two of the sweetest girls are gone from awful management. Not to mention the under fed lizards with the mangled feet, And the aquatic frogs I was told were never fed. And there snakes were completely underfed I wanted to buy them food but I feel the manager should be responsible for feeding there animals.

In the small animal enclosures, each contained a water bottle that was MOLDY!! Every single water bottle was moldy. Those poor animals have to drink moldy disgusting water. The enclosures were WAY too small for the poor ferret and chinchillas. Some of the fish tanks were overcrowded beyond belief, seemed there was more fish than water in those tanks. Most of the tanks had dead and decaying fish in them. This store is disgusting and doesnt give a da$m about the animals they sell. I complained to the manager, he didnt seem to care one bit. I say give that loser manager nothing but moldy water to drink and see how HE likes it!

We took our 80 pound dog there for the self-service pet wash and had an outstanding experience. They had everything we needed to wash and dry our pup and the price was the lowest around! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and will keep going there, not just for the self-service dog wash, but for food and toys as well!

Love this place. Very competitive with their prices, just as good, if not better, as Amazon, Chewy and Petco. Always friendly and helpful staff, and pets are welcome. Ill gladly drive the extra 5 mins to go here than the other box stores.

Love going to this store staff are friendly . They even returned money on dog food my dogs couldnt eat . Also Mark who works the fish department is a well of knowledge about fish, and lizards he is a great addition to the store .
