Expensive and in my experience very unfriendly. There was one employee that was nice but doesnt seem to listen to what you need, instead pushes what he thinks on you without offering options. ALL the other employees were either rude or just did not help at all. When I say didnt help I mean literally gave me no information,help,or even stepped up to cash me out even though I was the only one there. I dont mind paying more if the people are cool, Id happily pay extra to a local small business that cares but not if Im treated rudely or like they couldnt care less about our pets. I find it hard to believe the owner is cool with this but theyre not very helpful getting a hold of management either.

I bought my bunny from this place , poor baby died of a sudden heart attack not even two weeks later. I did everything by the book, gave it a good home, lots of love and took excellent care of it. When my bunny passed I called these people the next day to explain what happened and the lady was nothing but rude. Cut me off, and had zero information. Anyone else get a bunny from this place recently and find any health problems with it ? Let me.know.

Worst place in the world to buy anything from!!! Horrible customer service. I bought fish a couple times from there and yeah , great they have a 3 day warrantee on there fish... however thats no good when the fish die around 8 days after you purchase them. They said its the water in my tank but why do the fish live that I have bought from petsmart? Its pretty obvious its a poorly run place that doesnt care about their customers or their pets!

They have product, but it is expensive. There is always, without fail, an employee that just HAS to give their advice or personal opinion without prompting and is often completely subjective or inaccurate and almost always delivered about as rude as you can get from a customer service standpoint. Really avoid going unless you have to. To any employees, save the advice for veterinarians unless you are asked.

This place should not be able to sell or habitat reptiles. They used to always have malnourished snakes but now they have zero. All the enclosures have notes saying "do not use AT ALL". Its sad to see they treated them so poorly to the point theyre cages cannot be used. Only thing I go in for is to buy rats and to chat with the guy in the bird section. By far the best employee that place has.

I find them friendly and helpful, but expensive. My dogs like to go in for a treat and in emergencies I will buy, but Their dog food is $10.00 more per bag than Amazon and Amazon delivers free to my door. ( They do help you get the food in your car though.) I like the store and most of the people but it is out of my budget.

An incredible store for aquarium owners: easily one of THE largest and best cared-for selection of aquarium fish (fresh and salt) in western New England. Knowledgeable staff, big dry-goods section, and competitive prices. Well worth the trip

Aquarium plants are very unhealthy, they rarely have plants at all, prices are ridiculous for the low quality, I would recommend going somewhere else for aquarium plants.
