They carry these little stuffed bananas, filled with catnip. Theyre sold amongst other little stuffed toys, such as balls, or little mice, etc., in a bin, for around a dollar. Our cats loved the bananas. Not sure why, but apparently the shape just appealed to their little kitty-cat brains. Ours had turned brown and wretched from so much use, so we went back to "All Pets Club" to pick up another one. They were out of stock. We went back a few more times that month, but they were out of stock each time. I asked one of the clerks about them. She responded that the catnip bananas were SO POPULAR that they could NOT keep them stocked. So tonight, on a whim, we went back to the store to see if they had any more catnip bananas. Sure enough, they had quite a few of them in a the same bin, next to all the other catnip-stuffed toys. And apparently, the BANANAS were SO popular that they needed to jack up the price to $3.50! The balls, the mice, the rings...all of the other unpopular-shaped catnip toys, are still hovering at around a dollar... BUT NOT THE BANANAS!! OOOHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I bought my puppy Toby here. I was not impressed with the service at all. The manager was very difficult to get a hold of as she is hardly ever there, or will walk away and tell untrained staff to "figure it out look at the book". The poor staff is WAY under trained, which is not their fault in my opinion. My puppy had a double ear infection, kennel cough, and 2 different types of worms when we got him, which ended up with multiple vet bills and they only reimbursed us for $125... Which we had to work hard to get, that doesnt include having to make multiple trips all the way out there because she told us to and then her not be there and no one know how to do what needed to be done, and numerous phone calls and faxes from us and our very patient vet office... Oh plus they called us told us to come back in after purchasing him, telling us they accidentally over charged us, so we drove all the way out there thinking we would be getting some money back, they redid our contract and ended up charging us more!! I have never in my life seen a store run this badly.

For being a manager of a pet store you would think the would be more understanding towards animals and children. My son who is 5yrs old is so in love with his gerbil we bought him a little over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately the gerbil must have passed away in the night. I called the pet shop they told me to come in and speak with manager and we could figure it out. Whelp I brought the dead gerbil into the store as recommend. Let just say the manager attitude and tone was extremely rude. Not even 30 seconds of being in the store and I left in disbelief of how rude someone could be. She was so quick to say I would have to pay for another one and I dont get the special benefits because Im not a club memeber. I highly recommend if you looking for a hamster for your child, drive the extra mile to Petco and pay the 1.00 more for one. Not worth the heart ache of purchasing gerbils at All Pets Stuff who dont value their customer or emotional feeling of a child loosing their pet.

Ive been keeping Cichlids for 8 years now, and this store is not my top choice to buy freshwater fish; but every once in a while Ill see something new that I like. However, in the off-chance that I do see a specimen that I really want I try to buy it right when their new shipment comes in. Most of the other tanks on display are full of dead fish, and they stay like that for weeks sometimes. I work right down the street so I come here a lot when Im bored on break. I mostly buy here if I run out of food, flakes, or maintenance chemicals last minute, but other than that, filters, heaters, tank setups and everything else is way overpriced. Ive had better luck at the Wallingford location.

I purchased a saltwater angel fish from store as I drove back home from business meeting. Fish seemed healthy. On the 6th day of having fish in my aquarium it has died. Called to inquire about warranty I was asked if I belong to club. There are no stores near my home so I do not belong to club. I was informed club members have 7 day warranty all others are 24 hours. I do not think I will be returning to this store. Thank you for the customer service

Worst experience ever!! Dont buy anything from them. We bought tons of stuffs from this store, and we regret every penny! There were bugs in the items they sell!!! check before you buy!!! Also, beware of the rude, dishonest cashier/register!! They switch your items without your approval!! Be extra careful! Dont make the same stupid mistake like we did!!
