Not happy with their return policy and the workmanship at all. Returned a bar stool chair that had unmatched bolts underneath, one was stripped. Also, they sawed the metal (gear like) pedestal under the cover of the stand and the chair wobbled badly. The chair was a $299.00 chair, it shouldve been assembled correctly. Then when I returned it, theyd said it would 6 to 8 days before wed get the refund by mail in a check....even though I paid in CASH. This is totally unacceptable. When you return something (especially a few days after been delivered) you should get a refund in cash like it was paid.

Havertys in Tyler has poor customer service and trouble taking responsibility for their mistakes. Im sure had my furniture arrived undamaged I would have been blissfully ignorant of their shortcomings, but Im finding their service is so terrible and they are so unorganized that they cannot efficiently correct their mistakes. I will never do business with them again and I will never, ever recommend them to any consumer.
